Would stay again

We rented this house for a girls weekend with my sisters, 5 adults. The beds were super comfy (minus the trundle), and we had all the accommodations we needed. Shower heads are low which is typical for an older home, but the water was hot and we had a great time! Would stay there again!

Place is neat, very clean. Was surprised to see different coffee options, seasoning, sugar, artifical sweetner, coffee filters, kcup. Bathroom had liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash was in showers.

Perfect KC Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed this clean, comfortable, and spacey home perfectly located to stores, restaurants, and all the places you want to visit in KC. This was a perfect place to stay for a large family! Plenty of space and had everything we needed. Loved that there was an onsite washer and dryer, especially since we had small children with us. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great Stay

Everything was as stated. We appreciated being able to use the laundry while we were there, which does have to be requested if you're not staying more than 7 days, but they accommodated without any fuss. The only thing I did not read and was mostly likely a miss on my part was this is a townhouse, not a single family home, my concern was space, but we had plenty of it. The BEDs were amazing, so if you're looking for a good night sleep and close location to downtown, you might as well stay here! Thanks for hosting us!

Perfect amount of space for us!

For the cost of a nice hotel, instead we enjoyed having a full kitchen to utilize, 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The furniture was comfortable, the location worked for us and our needs. The last evening we walked to the Smokehouse restaurant for dinner, cute little BBQ place. We would not hesitate to stay again if visiting Kansas City! There were 4 of us, if our other son came, there would have been a separate bed for him and still plenty of room. For the price per night, it is most definitely a 5 star! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Family trip

My family and I came into town for a wedding, stayed at Vanessa's house and could not have been happier! The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. She even had a Pack 'n Play that we were able to use for my youngest. There were a couple of things missing from the house but as soon as I asked about these, Vanessa responded right away and brought over replacements. Would definitely stay here again!

Unresponsive Host, Thin Walls, Pressure to rate 5 stars

We booked both this house and the host's neighboring house next door. It was past 10:30 pm at night when a group of men approached one of the properties. Our guests were of course spooked. We tried to reach out to the host (over message, phone call) to have the code of the house changed. **It took 10 hours for the host to get back to us. ** The police said it was probably some people "looking for a party." We were looking for a quiet safe neighborhood, and not a "party" neighborhood. Some other notes: The homes are very cheap construction. For instance, the walls are very thin, the floors creek loudly. I also felt pressured as a guest to give 5 star reviews. The Wifi password has mention of it, there are signs hanging up asking for it, it was repeatedly mentioned in messages to me. I did not appreciate this pressure and made me enjoy my trip less.

Very nice stay

This house was very clean, and great for someone with allergies to pets because carpet is new and I had no problems. Lots of room in bedrooms. The back porch could use a nicer table and chairs, and the back yard is very small - but it fit all our needs. Everything we needed was stocked in the property, and the host was very responsive to any of our needs. A/C worked great also!
