This rental has everything you could possibly want on a trip to KC. It is beautifully appointed, incredibly well stocked, close to everything downtown, and on one of the loveliest streets. Just walking down the street is a treat as you get to see incredible mansions and landscaping. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent time in Kansas City while attending the quarterfinal match. Barbara was a lovely host and the accommodations were exactly what we needed for the four of us. I would recommend for anybody visiting town.

We had a wonderful time in KC! This carriage house is super cute and clean. You can really see history come alive in the walls of the place. Also our hosts were very helpful. If there was a change or update they were super commutative! Also gave us great tips about navigating since we were in town after fifa fanfest. I loved having the book about the neighborhood and the history of KC food

We really enjoyed our three nights stay. So many things to do in Kansas City. We will definitely come back. This neighborhood is super beautiful and historic. Very quiet and cozy apartment.

Great neighborhood and an adorable carriage house above the garage. It’s cozy and comfortable and near many places. If you have 6 adults you're going to be a bit crowded but they provide everything you need for your stay. The owner was always prompt to respond to any questions or concerns.

The kitchen is right out of a decor magazine and it stocked with anything you could possibly need. The owners of the home and prominent Kansas City historians and so accommodating. Parking is easy and the beds are very comfortable. This property is a profound Kansas City experience in itself.

We lived this Cozy, clean, cute, and centrally located retreat! There was plenty of room for the 3 of us and appreciate having separate bathrooms. Really lovely historic district and 15 min walk to the free tram to access most every point of interest downtown. If we return we will definitely book again!

This is a perfectly equipped stay. Very functional and comfortable located in the historic Hyde Park, Janssen Place #4is wonderfully decorated to boot. We have stayed in many rentals through vacations, family visits, work contracts, etc, and this place is in a different category. Everything we could have needed for our stay was available. We are so very pleased to have stayed here. We actually arrived home after an almost 14 hour drive and felt relaxed, and I credit that to our stay.
