DETAILS: 11 Compass Rose Way is an impeccable house that boasts 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom picturesque views and is located in WaterSound's Dune Ridge District. As you enter the property, you are welcomed by the beautiful, reclaimed wood trimmed, foyer which leads to the common areas. This home is perfect for guests who wish to enjoy the breeze of the Gulf, even while they are at home, as there are indoor and outdoor cooking, dining and living areas.

Inside, the living room has spacious seating and seats 12 at the table and bar of the gourmet kitchen. The first of 6 bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed down the hall. There is also a powder room to serve as a shared half-bathroom.

The second floor of the home has 4 bedrooms, including 2 primarys, each with an ensuite bathroom. In between these suites are two additional bedrooms, both with king beds, TVs and single vanities.

The third floor features a mini-kitchen, 2 seating areas and sleeps 4 comfortably. The large den includes Gulf views through the wall of windows. There is also a dedicated playroom on this floor, making it perfect for large families with children. A full bath with a double vanity and shower-tub combo serves the entire floor.

Finally, a spiral staircase leads guests up to the oversized, wrap-around top deck and lookout tower with breathtaking views of the Gulf and 30A. After a long day at the beach, guests can cool down in the private pool while utilizing the screened-in porch to grill with friends and family. There is plenty of pool-side seating to entertain outdoors. A dining area and separate living area features a couch and set of club chairs around a large, flat-screen TV. The pool and courtyard fountains can be enjoyed by relaxing on one of the four layout chairs.
