Détendez-vous dans le luxe moderne dans cet 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains appartement-. L'emplacement du premier étage offre un accÚs facile aprÚs une longue journée dans le soleil de la Floride, de voir les curiosités.

Une cuisine gastronomique entiĂšrement meublĂ©, avec modernes, des appareils en acier inoxydable et tous les ustensiles, crĂ©e un environnement parfait pour les repas Ă©lĂ©gants dans la salle Ă  manger ou un petit dĂ©jeuner rapide ou un dĂ©jeuner dĂ©contractĂ© au bar revĂȘtu de granit.

Le salon est confortable et dispose d'une cheminée et d'un mobilier luxuriante pour la conversation de détente. Juste en dehors de la zone de vie est un grand patio meublé, offrant un environnement invitant pour un cocktail coucher de soleil et profiter du beau temps en Floride.

Un den confortable est parfait pour le curling avec un livre, ou pour une soirée cinéma, regarder un DVD sur la télévision à écran plat.

Great place....one rough night

Incredible property...just had a domestic disturbance one night where shots were fired. I think it was a freak thing. We will definitely book again if available

Fantastic location and nice resort

The Vista Cay had a swimming pool and jacuzzi which we enjoyed when we arrived. The location is nice because it's about half way between Disney World and Universal Studio. There's also grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We had a toddler with us and the rental had a play pen and high chair. Check in was easy because we were emailed all of the codes ahead of time (wifi, door, gate). It's a first floor place too and we are able to park right next to it. I recommend it!

Close to everything but far from enough for serenity

This gated community location is excellent for the occasional trip to Orlando for a convention or show. So close to the convention center, restaurants and fun
.but just far away enough for some peace and quiet. Great accommodations, pool and grounds. The units are spacious and well maintained. This is our second time using the same unit, and will definitely return.

Great Condo for our trip to Universal,easy check in has all the amenities needed for our family trip. It was a 10 minute drive to Universal Studios without having to drive on I-4.

Great property, recently renovated

The property was generally in good repair and clean; however, there are a few items that were problem. The most significant is that the microwave did not work. We called the property manager a couple times to address, but no one ever came or made any attempt to resolve. So we stayed there for a week without a working microwave. In addition we had to buy toilet paper, garbage bags, and dishwasher detergent for just one week. These were explained that they are not included. Never stayed at a rental where we had to go buy these, and it was a huge waste of money buying a 30 garbage bag pack and a whole pack of TP and container of dish detergent for one-week. Also, the pool is much to small for as many units in this property. Pool felt way overcrowded

Location great for conventions

We all stayed for a convention at one of the nearby hotels. It worked for what we needed. Somewhat basic decor but served the purpose.

Very confusing check in

I was sent the wrong building and wrong unit number within the condo complex. Communication through VRBO website was basically nonexistent. I had to make 5 phone calls to get the right information. Overall, it took us nearly 1.5 hrs to just get into the unit we reserved. The unit was clean and well stocked. We had no complaints about the actual condo. Just be aware that this is not personally owned, rather its managed by a company.

Convenient for Universal and Convention Center

We were in town for business but brought the teenagers with us to play during springbreak. Place was clean and comfortable, and lots of room for the 5 of us. Minutes from both convention center and Universal, so it was perfect.

Second time even better then first

We stayed in this same unit 6+ years ago and loved the location. Back this year for the same event. Still love the location and the unit. Nice added touches. Will be our go to for business events at the convention center.

Nice condo!

The condo was great. Check in was easy. The only complaint is that we were told there was a sleep sofa and there wasn’t. There were also ants in the master bathroom. We told the owners after checkout and they said they would take care of it. The property is close to universal, sea world, and the Orange County convention center. The pool was a close walking distance from the condo!

Only downside was the constant emails leading up to travel trying to sell so many things and extras and also the curt way email correspondence with the host was handled. We had actually contacted the host as, due to car trouble we were going to be 10 to 15mins late leaving the appartment. We actually thanked the host in the message and said we'd love to book again next year. The answer was simply, get out now or you will be charged!We are a golf travel company and would never have my clients spoken to in such a way. Left a real sourt taste after a fantastic experience.Shame

OUTSTANDING!!!

The online pictures did not do the property justice. As soon as we entered the overall area we were very impressed with how clean and manicured the community looked. Then when we entered the condo we were overwhelmed by the overall size. We treated our family of 8 adults and one infant to a wee in Orlando and never felt crowded. Everything we needed was provided.
