Fabulous property! Very clean and tidy. The floor plan is open and nice and roomy. The amenities are great and it’s close to everything you need. The hosts were readily available but not needed, because everything went very smooth with check in and exit. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Property was very comfortable and there was plenty of room both in the bedrooms and common spaces. It was also super close to Universal Studios and we could walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding that was largely downtown and it was easy to get rideshare services back and forth from the property.

Great property. Plenty of room for our entire family. Very convenient to the attractions. We had one very minor issue that the host responded to, and remedied immediately. We would definitely stay there again.

The ad about the condo said it had been recently renovated or updated....it hasn't. The guest bathroom sink had a large crack in the bowl and definitely needed to be updated. The pool table you had to pay to use, should be included and notnan additional charge. Also, day of check out we had until 11 and the cleaning people were ringing the door bell at 9:45am. And when we answered they were trying to rush us out of the condo. We told them we have until 11 to check out and we will be here til closer to 11, they were not happy. Then while loading up our cars we couldnt get back into the condo because the key code had already been changed, thank god we had people still in the condo to let us back in so we could grab the rest of our things. I have stayed at this complex numerous other times in different buildings and units and have never ever run into this happening before. Probably will not stay at this unit or with this owner again.

A guest did drop something that cracked the sink though it is not leaking. I have a brand new sink and countertop which is scheduled to be installed. Not sure why brand new paint, brand new pillow top mattresses, brand new couches, brand new kitchen table, brand new beautiful hypoallergenic floor and much more was not mentioned The pool table was there when I purchased condo and only takes 4 quarters all other pool tables are over $2.00/ game, sorry for inconvenience I checked hall camera time stamp shows cleaning crew arrived just before 11am , honest mistake All electronic entry in every hotel and rental property are set to advertised and agreed upon check-in and check out time A simple text or phone call can extend time if needed Customer comfort is out #1priority

We absolutely loved our stay! The pool area was clean and the water was perfect. The drinks at the bar were delicious and so was the food. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Our host Frank answered all of my questions and was on top of everything. Definitely recommend and we would love to come back!

Worked for what we needed. Close to Universal. Walkable (0.5mi) to the Publix plaza with other restaurants etc. Short walk to the "resort" pool.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Very spacious 2001 sq feet condo with high ceiling and balcony. 5 minutes from Disney World, 2 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. You can see Universal Studios fireworks from the terrace. Washer/Drier in the unit. All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds with pillow top mattresses and TV. 55" brnd new TV in living room. Wifi internet, pool table, very comfortable couch in living room with 4 recliners. Check in is all electronic.
The condo is right behind the convention center, one of the best locations. 2 minute lakeside walk to the pool and amenities. Parking in front of condo. Wheelchair accessible.
