About this property

Come Relax in our brand new property in the exclusive neighborhood of Costa Diamante. Located right on Sandy Beach. Sandy Beach one of the most attractive beaches in Rocky Point. You can enjoy off road activities or water sports within a short distance walk. We want our visitors to feel at home and we offer all the comforts of a modern home. The house is a two story home. On the top floor, you will have a fully loaded kitchen with open space view into the dining and living room where everyone can gather around and enjoy great meals. Also, on the top floor, you will have plenty of space in our two balconies. Each balcony has a great view to the beach where you can sit with your wine and enjoy the sunsets. On the bottom floor you will find tranquility if you feel like taking a nap after a day of fun. A relaxing waterfall is located down stairs to help your mind immerse into a relaxation. Next to the house is a pool in case you feel like not walking to the beach. The pool is conveniently located so that you can watch the kiddos from the property as they enjoy the outdoors.

The property is also located 5-10 minutes from popular bars and restaurants. All within the luxurious part of Sandy Beach. Come and stay, you will not regret it. The house can accommodate 14 people.

*The Costa Diamante community provides 12 bracelets at check-in that are included with your reservation . Any extra bracelets, they charge $50 per person per stay. This charge is not something that we control or that we receive.

Poor start strong finish

Let me start by saying the property and development is itself is quite amazing. The check in process was much more challenging. Low battery on the house lock box created quite a situation and a prolonged check in. Luckily my friend and his wife were staying in the development close by so we could hang until resolved (2 hours later). Not having phone service only complicated the matter. However, after that, and a proposal to my now wife ( on the beach, as opposed to the plan; on the house roof patio after check in) our stay was one of the best ever! The property was so modern and clean and is only a couple hundred meters from the beach! Our family had the best time cooking and relaxing at the house as well! It is beautiful here and the beach is quite wonderful. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

Great place

This was a beautiful property with a short walk to the beach. We brought 2 families and had it plenty of places for people to sleep. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very prompt at addressing our needs. We would have loved to have more places to sit in the living areas, but other than that we loved staying there. We would definitely come back.

Great place to stay!

We stayed in this place over the fall break, 8 adults and 6 kids. Overall great experience, great location, right next to basketball court and pool/spa area and about 3 minute walk to the beach. Laura, the property manager, was amazing and helped us with any issues that we had in timely manner. I'd like to point out a few things.. if you're like myself and take your own cookware anytime you travel, make sure to take pots and pans that work with induction oven because that is what they have in this house. Gas grill does not work, but they do have a charcoal grill with charcoal provided, it was not as convenient, but it worked just fine. Beds are very comfortable, but all queens, I think it would be better if owners would put in king size beds instead. Other than these minor things, we had a great time and would definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Great vacation

It is our 2nd time at this property and we enjoyed a relaxing few days with friends and family. However could not sleep very well and had to move the bed in the master because the AC was blowing directly on our faces. Also AC is loud. Otherwise was a pleasant experience.

Family celebration

The place it’s in a save community, around big and huge houses, near to the beach , very good in sise Very easy to understand the instructions booklet Roberto and Laura where helping me with all my questions At the first moment I felt like a paparazzi taking pictures of the details of what was damaged , after reading the contract because I would be charged for any damage the occupants did to the property. It’s a old fridge , so you need to buy ice, well equipped kitchen , but you need to bring your own wine bottle opener The room at second floor has a nasty mattress in the closet We where happy with puerto Peñasco , it’s a nice town , the community very clean and people around friendly Sofá bed in second floor didn’t work , and dining room chairs stained, and also one of the chairs in balcony was broken, the house need a little of maintenance, for example stained pillows, low quality of towels. For a beach house it doesn’t offer much , it’s better to bring your chairs, the beach cart to carry things didn’t work , so better bring yours
