Welcome to Casa del Lago- Lake House. Full remodel of this lovely spacious lakefront home. Water front location with walk- up lake access and beautiful views from many rooms. The sunrises are spectacular! Dine on the patio to enjoy the expansive water views or enjoy sitting in the sunroom with a wall of windows with an incredible lake view. This quiet neighborhood is only 1 hour 15 minutes from Dallas. The primary bedroom downstairs is nicely appointed with a large bathroom including double vanities and double shower heads. It also includes a comfortable sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the sitting area. Inside this beautifully remodeled lake house are amenities including games, flat screen TVs with Direct TV, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops , comfortable mattresses with quality bedding, Central A/C, celling fans, and an outdoor gas grill. The other two bedrooms downstairs each have a private full bathroom. The expansive upstairs loft which includes a game room, several beds, and a full bath is an excellent location for all the kids or even several adults! This 4 BR and 4 full-bath home will provide plenty of space for your group! Surrounded by nature and the beautiful lake, all will enjoy the gorgeous sunrises and tranquil setting. All water sports and fishing are just steps away. Marinas are a short drive to rent boats, jet skis, and tubing equipment or launch your own boat. Bonfire pit is an excellent gathering spot at night for the family to make s'mores! Enjoy this home all four seasons!

Cozy Christmas

Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy, so the view would have been better otherwise. We enjoyed using the kitchen and loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom. They had a lot of games for us to play as well. The house was very nice and comfortable for our large family to enjoy Christmas. Would definitely come back!!

This was our 4th time at this home for my annual ladies retreat weekend! It slept 10 comfortably and has a spacious kitchen, along with a large sitting area. This home will not disappoint!

Lake Texoma Fishing Trip

My son, brother, nephews, and son-in-law enjoyed the weekend at this wonderful lakeside home. It was clean, accommodating, and the location could not be beat. We spent the weekend fishing and relaxing next to the lake. We could throw a rock from the house to the lake so we could easily get to the lake for fishing and then back to the house for cooling off in the heat of the afternoon. The fishing near the home was good, and we all enjoyed our time together. We would definitely stay here again!

What a view!

Our son had a high school fishing tournament on Lake Texoma so we decided to spend the day enjoying the lake as well by relaxing at this lovely home. This house is situated in the perfect location on the lake to enjoy a beautiful sunrise from the sunroom, master bedroom or back porch…. a million dollar view! The house is well appointed and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. We didn’t utilize the upstairs room but it’s a great hangout spot for kids! We were able to do a little extra fishing from the beach right outside the back door. Phyllis is a gracious hostess with clear communication from initial point of contact to check out. We will most definitely stay at this house again for future fishing tournaments. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Just what we needed

Being that this was a new experience for all of us, and not the big resorts we’ve used in the past, I was unsure of what to expect. However, I can, without a doubt, say that the stay was everything we had hoped for and more! The home has been remodeled and has all of the extra nice amenities that I enjoy. Bathrooms in every bedroom, and above average bedroom sizes, all combine to make the home extra comfortable. The water is just down the hill, and is the perfect backdrop to have your morning coffee, while sitting on the back patio. All of the necessities were available in the kitchen, even a crock pot! On top of all of the home bonuses, the owners were available and exceptionally responsive to every question I had. If you’re thinking of renting this home out, rest assured, it will be everything you’re looking for, and then some!

USMC Reunion

If you’re looking for water access, this is the place. Many houses say they have water access, but the grounds are grown up you can’t actually walk to the water. This house, not only has water access, there is a path that helps guide you the correct direction. The house is open and spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked and is made for cooking. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our occasion

We were celebrating my boyfriend's 60th birthday and needed a place where several friends and family could gather. This was the perfect spot for us to cook, eat, hang out, and sleep 12 people. The host is communicative and easy to work with and the house is well stocked. We enjoyed time on the lake and even more time on the patio. Large windows allow for multiple beautiful views.

Awesome Lake View property with amazing communication from the property owner.

The layout of the home helps to showcase the lake views. There is room for people to spread out and not trip over each other. Bedrooms and furnishings were all of very nice quality and clean. We celebrated some milestones and accomplishments with friends and family over a weekend stay and there was absolutely nothing that we were let down by. We will certainly be back.

Opportunity for Greatness

There's a real opportunity to make some essential updates to the property here. No one who is paying $$$ a night should be asked to deal with your dishwasher situation - or even read a note about it. It should just work and it doesn't - and you know it. A deep clean for grout and windows would be a great idea. There were wasps wandering freely in the home - hope you were able to find the nest. And the "fully stocked kitchen" with "nearly every cooking utensil you need available" has no rolling pin, no food processor, no crock pot and the knives were dull as could be. Hopefully the leaking faucet bib can be fixed before the ice storms come in January. That's a real opportunity, for sure. And Costco has new towels at a really good price. Those brown ones deserve to be retired. Given our chat about the state of the laundry room lint, I know this review isn't going to come as a big shock. Wishing you the best as you go forward with your investment. Greatness is at your fingertips! Go get it!

Incredible views

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and enjoyed every minute. Plenty of room for our guests 6 adults 2 kids. Every room having its own full bathroom was a huge plus. Beautiful sunrises and romantic sunsets will bring us back.

Our family purchased this lake house to enjoy with our family but we cannot reside here full time quite yet. We thought we would rent it out to share the experience of lake living with the community. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

This wonderful piece of property was newly remodeled in 2017 with each detail hand picked by the owners. The patio was redone in 2024. The view and tranquil location make this home a relaxing retreat for the whole family to enjoy. There are several marinas very close by where boats can be rented. Marinas also have boat launch areas for minimal fee. There are fishing excursions nearby that can be booked. You can walk down to the water and fish or just sunbathe. Most every amenity is included in this beautiful home to make your trip fantastic!
