This property was very clean and had plenty of room for our three teens who each needed their own space! Take advantage of all the beds if your group doesn't mind sharing. We had everything we needed and the air conditioning worked great!

We have a big family and this house fit us all comfortably. The back yard had lots of room for the kids to play, they especially loved the fire pit and roasting marshmallows. There were two roadrunners making a nest in the tree that they watched everyday. Overall we had a great time at this house.

We did have a couple of issues, but everything was addressed by the home owner. Beds were comfy, yard was nice and big.

The house was beautiful very big with lots of room a nice kitchen. Nice game room and a really nice big fenced in back yard. Host were very fast with response.

Birthday party at the lake

Great house with lots of room for multiple families. We loved the backyard with cornhole and firepit/lounge area. Kitchen is a nice size with seating available for all. Garage turned game area was fantastic and we spent lots of time out there...even had a ping pong tournament complete with a bracket!Owners are very nice and accommodating!

Wow is this a perfect spot to have a weekend getaway with friends. Easily slept 5 couples, 4 teens and a couple little ones. The house is in a great location for the lake and Grandpappy Marina. And even though the lake was unusable due to flooding, it didn’t dampen our spirits one bit because we had such a fabulous place! Billy & Nicole were communicative and have stocked the house to the gills with anything you could need. The backyard is an ideal spot for games, fireside conversations and star gazing. The converted garage play room was a great place to congregate if you wanted to stay out of the heat. Highly recommend this place for couples, families or friend groups!

This home was wonderful for our group of 7 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs - who loved the fenced back yard. The beds were comfortable, the towels were soft and plentiful, and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately for us, the lake was high, so our trek through the woods to the "beach" led straight into the water (no beach), but we were able to launch the kayak and later went to a nearby beach at Eisenhower State park instead. The game room was a plus for the hot July weather, when staying in seemed preferable. There was an unusual situation on the front porch, as some birds had built a nest on top of the ceiling fixture and as a result there were a lot of bird droppings we had to maneuver around, but it was fun for the kids to watch the birds come and go. Some of the cabinets in the kitchen are showing their age and were difficult to open and close, and there didn't seem to be a smoke detector, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Had an overall great time at the property with friends. House and amenities were great and easily held our large party. The only two things that were negative was that the cleaning people were still there after 4pm check in, and both trash bins were full of trash with previous renters, and the awesome back yard was not mowed and had high grass. The mower came the second day at 7:15pm during our stay; limiting going outside. Would absolutely recommend this house.

We vastly enjoyed our stay at your Lake house last weekend. It was in a great location and had plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed sitting outside under the patio playing cards and enjoying the morning breeze. The kids especially enjoyed the game room with the table tennis and oversized Jenga. We would definitely stay again.
