The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please put used/dirty towels by the washing machine and star a load of wash. -Empty the refrigerator completely. -Please load the dishwasher, add soap and start the dishwasher.
-Return kayak and paddleboard to their original area and tilted so that water does not get inside.
-Take out all the trash to trash bin (please no trash outside of the bin, take with you if it doesn't fit)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We did have a couple of issues, but everything was addressed by the home owner. Beds were comfy, yard was nice and big.

Birthday party at the lake

Great house with lots of room for multiple families. We loved the backyard with cornhole and firepit/lounge area. Kitchen is a nice size with seating available for all. Garage turned game area was fantastic and we spent lots of time out there...even had a ping pong tournament complete with a bracket!Owners are very nice and accommodating!

Wow is this a perfect spot to have a weekend getaway with friends. Easily slept 5 couples, 4 teens and a couple little ones. The house is in a great location for the lake and Grandpappy Marina. And even though the lake was unusable due to flooding, it didn’t dampen our spirits one bit because we had such a fabulous place! Billy & Nicole were communicative and have stocked the house to the gills with anything you could need. The backyard is an ideal spot for games, fireside conversations and star gazing. The converted garage play room was a great place to congregate if you wanted to stay out of the heat. Highly recommend this place for couples, families or friend groups!
