Great location but home needs attention

Home is in a great location, an easy walk to the ocean or sound. The mattress in one bedroom was comfortable. The home itself needs attention. Outlets were loose from the wall and had to be covered with furniture to keep kids safe. Kitchen utensils were dirty and sticky when we arrived. Living room furniture is very worn/dirty. Carpet throughout needs to be cleaned or replaced. Ceiling fans either didn't work or rattled aggressively when in use. Outdoor shower is not enclosed and only has cold water. Swarms of mosquitos under the house when outside.
