Tätä omaisuutta hallinnoi ammattimaisesti Oversee Rentals.

Tervetuloa "Villa Del Lagoon", joka sijaitsee 30A: n eteläpuolella Camp Creek -järven rannalla. Tämä järvenranta, koti sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla kävelymatkan päässä hyvin yksityiseltä rannalta ja tarjoaa yksityisen uima-altaan. Useat ulkouima-alueet, joissa on suorat näkymät järvelle, tekevät viihdyttävästä tuulta. Takapihan polku johtaa sinut yksityiseen laituriin, joka sopii paddleboardsin ja kajakkien käynnistämiseen. Tämä on myös hämmästyttävä paikka mennä sivuttain!

Runsas ikkuna ja holvikatto, olohuone avautuu järven edessä parvekkeelle. Avoimen konseptin päätaso mahdollistaa helpon virtauksen gourmet-keittiöstä viihtyisään olohuoneeseen. Aamiaishuone, johon mahtuu neljä vierasta, ja suuri graniitti-ruokailupaikka on kuusi. 

Vain askeleen tai kahden päässä tärkein oleskelutila on makuuhuone sviitti ylellinen vuodevaatteet ja upea custom laatoitettu mestari kylpyamme. Viereisessä huoneessa on kaksi vierashuonetta ja kylpyhuoneet, tyylikkäästi sisustettu eteinen. 

Ensimmäisessä tasossa on kaksi vierashuonetta, jotka johtavat yksityiseen Lakefront-kannelle, jossa on istuimet. Mukavasti suunniteltu vieraskylpyhuone ja pesutupa täyttävät ensimmäisen tason tilan. Pysäköinti on saatavilla talon edessä olevalta ajotieltä. Huomioithan, että autotalli ei ole vieraiden käytettävissä.

Our family had a great experience at Villa Del Lago! The location is perfect and the neighborhood’s private beach was amazing. Easy to ride bikes or drive to shops and restaurants on 30A. House comfortably fit our family of 7.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is ideal...just a short walk down a path to the beach. Beach is very private and not crowded. House had ample space and very clean. Pool was a great place to cool down after a hot day at the beach.As an owner of vacation rental properties (I have 2 on VRBO), I'm well aware of the pros and cons of owning/managing them. As rewarding as they can be, they can also be frustrating trying to please every guest. With that said, I have a few recommendations for this property. One, I would recommend a monthly pest control service to address the ant issue near the pool. It doesn't take long until they are on your ankles/feet. Second, I would invest in beach items for guests to use, specifically foldable beach chairs. The house had 3, but 2 of them were broken and unusable. One of my vacation properties is also on the beach and I know firsthand the frustration of having to replace broken/abused items but, to me, it's worth the expense to provide that level of service to guests.Overall, I would give this rental 5/5 stars. The 2 items I mentioned wouldn't deter me from renting this property again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay our only complaints were that the pool was not clean when we arrived and we had to call twice about getting it clean. It should have been sparkling when we arrived. Our other complaint the ceiling fans in the whole house need to be replaced. The ones in there are old and outdated and did not cool a room. For the amount of money charged at this property it should be updated and better stocked with towels etc. Location was great it would have been perfect if these two things could be addressed.

The house was clean and had everything you needed—plenty of room for three families to stay and live comfortably. The pool was kept up and clean as well. The house's location was close to the beach, and the lake was just in the backyard with easy access. Also, the house location was centralized in between all the shops, restaurants, and other beaches. Having the place in the gated area felt safe and secluded. There is nothing I would change about the accommodations and the experience.

Great property, 4 min walk to beach. Bikes were used a bunch and the pool as well. The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was the gas grill was not clean. It needs to be replaced. Very low density on the beach which we loved. Great time Thanks

Our days were full of kayaking, fishing, biking, swimming, and playing in the sand and surf! Our boys even caught a redfish and a black drum right off the pier one evening at sunset! The high porch is also an outstanding feature for hanging out and family time! Definitely recommend and would return!

Best kept secret

Location is probably the sweetest spot on 30A that we ever stayed with the best of both worlds with camp creek lake and easy non crowded beach access. House lay out was somewhat strange and you could tell it was an original house that has been added on to. Really not enough seating in living area with only a 3 seater couch and chair and ottoman. Most 5 bedroom houses would have more seating. Kitchen well equipped. The views and lake access were amazing and made for great kayaking and paddle boarding. The bikes were perfect for riding to hub and Surrounding areas. The first bedroom off the back of kitchen with bathroom attached was pretty warm. Ventilation was terrible with only one air vent that put out next to no cool air. We bought an oscillation fan after the first night that did provide some relief but it was never completely comfortable. We left the fan for the next renters. But hands down we had a wonderful time and would stay again at this location in a heartbeat:)

Our large extended family was so happy to be able to find a place big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. We really loved having our own private pool. And the beach was easily accessible. The folks at the rental company were very responsive and easy to work with. We also rented a golf cart and could scoot up and down 30A.
