Welcome to Catch Some Rays-the vacation home you will never want to leave! Aptly named for being just steps away from the dazzling pool and Beach, this home is not only stunning, but also comfortable and convenient. Large, well-stocked, and decorated, your family will want for nothing! Close to The Big Chill and Rosemary Beach, you will spend your afternoons exploring the many shops, restaurants, and more!

*Spacious design with you in mind, this home features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms
*Beach access is less than a minute's walk
*Community Pool
*Great views of the Gulf and community pool
*Two living rooms, on the 1st and 2nd floors
*Two of the bedrooms are custom-built bunk rooms, each with a twin over a full-size bed
*All bedrooms have TVs
*The dining table comfortably seats 8, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island
*Spacious kitchen with multiple sinks, granite counters, and a kitchen island
*Laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer
*3 parking spaces in the driveway for medium-sized vehicles
*Minimum age to rent is 25

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

We had a great stay- the house is large with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked- far better than average for a rental home. Beach access is at the end of the block and you can see the water from the upstairs windows and balcony. It's also just a short walk into Rosemary Beach and to restaurants and shops.The bunk rooms are very small but functional, the primary suite upstairs is massive. So good for groups of friends but very different sleeping spaces! it would also work well for an extended family.Check in process was easy and the management company responsive. We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful location, house has all you need

Lots of beds and roomy master level. Lots of decks with fabulous views. Beach literally 2-3 minute walk.

Great quiet location!

We loved staying here. Very close to the beach and beautiful Gulf of America views. If staying with a larger group-you can only have 3 cars parked in the driveway and there is no nearby overnight parking. We did not get tickets like other reviews mentioned.

Paradise by the beach!

Great family trip

We had a great time in a nice home. Thank you for allowing us to stay. The only thing I would suggest is to figure out some overflow parking. The house can more than accommodate our family but we came from 4 different directions. With only 3 parking spaces (pointed out in the listing so my fault) we were forced to find off site parking ourselves. Other than that we have no complaints at all.

Just Okay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beyond Blue was great! Super attentive and helpful. Would absolutely book with them again.The house was just okay. Definitely not great for multi-family use. Master suite was giant and fine, with a daybed, our daughter and 3 friends used that space. Two tiny bedrooms on the first floor share a tiny bathroom and a living area. There are 2 bunk areas (one enclosed on the first floor—also sharing the tiny bathroom, one on the third floor just outside MBR with wall that didn’t go to the ceiling leaving it open to light and noise...not sure which bathroom was meant for that room). The main (2nd) floor was living, dining, half bath with laundry open to kitchen...poor layout overall and while there were tons of plates and glassware, limited pots and cooking utensils. Would be a good house for maybe a family with children, but not multi-family as very little privacy.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house is beautiful and a perfect location and accommodations for our family vacation. The beach access was so close and convenient, and the pool just steps out the lower door. Great use of space in the home to provide ample sleeping accommodations, and they were so gracious to afford us an early check-in time so we could get our infant settled. I do feel despite the early check-in, more detail should have been paid to the cleanliness of the bathrooms -- floors especially -- we ended up cleaning them ourselves. Additionally, the coffee pot broke after the first use, so we had to go out and buy one, which we left at the property. I did write to notify the management company of these issues, but I received no reply, which was disappointing. Overall, these issues did not negatively impact our vacation, and we had a lovely time.

Fall Break

Great house and great location. However, the HOA is INSANE with rules. The driveway fit 4 cars perfectly but we got a citation for the 4th car and had no where to park it. How can you have a house that sleeps 14 and not allow 4 cars. Then we rented a golf cart and they said that was a 5th car and ticketed the golf cart! We ended up returning the golf cart with no refund because we had no choice. We even got repremanded because we left a towel on a chair by the pool. A little stressful. We went to inlet to avoid the Rosemary rules and curfews and had to deal with this. The management company was nice but could not help. If the HOA is going to be this strict then they need to provide a place for overflow. 14 people can't fit in 3 cars!

Beautiful Property! Room for improvement from management.

We just returned from a stay at this beautiful home in Inlet Beach, and overall, we had a wonderful time. The location truly can’t be beat—just a short walk to the beach, and the shared pool felt almost private the entire time. The house itself was stunning, with gorgeous views and a great layout for spending time together as a family.That said, there were a few issues during our stay that are worth mentioning. The dishwasher door is broken and can unexpectedly slam open, which caused a few minor injuries when it dropped onto someone’s foot. We also noticed quite a few ants in the bunk rooms and some spiders, especially along the baseboards. Pest control was supposedly scheduled, but unfortunately, they never came during our visit.When we arrived, the Keurig had visible mold inside it, and there was mold on the ceiling of the third-floor shower. A few maintenance issues also popped up, like the trash drawer not closing properly and refrigerator shelves falling out easily. Lastly, the house was only stocked with minimal supplies—one roll of paper towels, very little toilet paper, two dishwasher pods, and barely any dish soap—which made it tough to get through the week without running out.While we still enjoyed our stay and loved the area, these maintenance and cleanliness issues did take away from the experience. With a few updates and more attention to detail, this property could be truly exceptional.

We appreciate the feedback and will address the items mentioned. Feedback like this allows us to repair items such as the dishwasher door and the waste can drawer. We do apologize that the pest control was not able to place us on their schedule within the days you stayed. We assure you that it was an urgent matter and we acted with a sense of urgency and that insect issue has been resolved. Investigating further on the mold accusations we found the coffee maker to be stained not molded but we understand how this can be mistaken so we are replacing the coffee maker so future clients do not think this is mold. Moisture from bathrooms is always troubling in all homes, thank you for letting us know this so we can act fast to treat the moisture stains on the ceiling that you mentioned to us. We really hoped to receive a 5-star rating as it sounds like you and your group enjoyed your stay in the home and the beautiful area. We greatly appreciate the feedback because it gives us the opportunity to address items we would never find unless we lived in the home.
