4 bedroom 2.5 bath unique seaside colonial 4 blocks from beach in desirable north end of Belmar. Walking distance to beach and also Main Street restaurants, shops and marina. House sleeps 8 and has central air. FAMILIES ONLY - THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds. During summer months, renters will have use of 4 seasonal beach badges plus a beach locker. Corner property includes a large yard and is adjacent to scenic Silver Lake. Master suite includes full bath with a second full bath on the second floor and half bath on the first floor. MULTI-NIGHT RENTAL REQUIRED FOR SEA HEAR NOW. Minimum 1 week rentals during summer months. Minimum 4 night stay preferred for all other months.

Reminds me of why I use VRBO

Our rental was great-it reminded me of why I use VRBO and why I rent a home for a stay. Family members from 3 states stayed in the home, which was as described: clean, well-appointed, great amenities, fabulous location. In this heat wave, I can attest that the AC is top-notch. We watched the COPA soccer match, seated in the living room cheering at the TV. That would not happen in a hotel. We made coffee, used the freezer, used separate rooms to catch up and get some privacy. It is a great house.

A very pleasant surprise!

We have never traveled to this area, and choices were limited for the weekend I was traveling. But sometimes things happen for a reason. This house combines charm, comfort and a great location. The owners were very responsive and helpful.

Great location for beach vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in Belmar being walking distance to the beach and shops/restaurants. The charming house was comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. Central A/C was appreciated with the heat wave we experienced.

Awesome Stay

What a wonderful charming home for your summer stay! The house was incredibly clean and easy to access. The location is very convenient in the heart of town. The home is large and comfortable for larger groups. Overall we had an awesome experience!

Beautiful home, perfect!

This home is absolutely beautiful, maintaining the beauty from 100 years ago while remaining clean and upheld very well. So comfortable and perfect for any getaway. The natural light and flow of the house was so nice and perfectly placed on the corner of a lovely part of town, close enough to the main center but also far enough for peace and relaxation in the quiet neighborhood. The owners were very friendly and accommodating every step of the way, I would most definitely recommend anyone to stay in this lovely home!
