Best stay

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing stay at this house! My wife and I were getting married in Asbury and we rented the house for ourselves and for our families. It was the perfect homebase for our families on our busy weekend and Lisa and Bridge made it even more special with the attention and care they put into the house and our reservation in order to make our stay so great. The home is a wonderful, peaceful oasis in Asbury and is great for families. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay and is in a very convenient location. We really felt comfortable and at home here and we were sad to leave. We would highly recommend staying here, it's an excellent house and the owners are friendly, prompt, professional, and very courteous. We'll be back!

Perfect house at a great shore point

  • 5 of 5

This home is perfectly located for all the things you want to enjoy at the beach. It is extremely close to the water, Cookman Avenue with some great restaurants, and nightlife both gay and straight. The house itself is well set up and equipped for any size family and Lisa thought of everything we could need. There were 7 adults, 1 baby, and two well behaved dogs on this trip and everyone was very happy with the house. Lisa provided beach equipment including chairs, a cart and umbrellas which made everything as easy as possible for us. The house also has two refrigerators (and a small one outside) so stock up on food from Wegman's which is a close drive. Parking was also very easy for us with a spot right in front when we arrived. The bedrooms and bathrooms were set up well and probably had the most comfortable mattresses we have slept on in a rental home.

The owner Lisa and the house caretaker were extremely responsive to all questions and requests and were very accommodating to us. There is no other rental house like this in Asbury and we very much appreciated Lisa allowing us to stay there. We will definitely be back!

Upgraded house with a perfect garden to relax and in v close to everything Asbury Park has to offer

  • 4 of 5

My family (6 people plus dog) all had a great time at Lisa's house. Although the Asbury area can be mixed, the location of the house is perfect for a walk to the beach, nearby neighborhoods (e.g. Ocean Grove), town center. The house is well equipped (although there is a lot of excess equipment that fills the kitchen) and very comfortable. Air conditioning is a bit old and noisy but does the job. Lisa goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and there were no problems.

Great First Time Visit to Asbury Park

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Asbury Park is clearly on the rise. You can feel the energy in the air in this beach town that still has elements of its gritty past. This was my first visit to Asbury and everything about our family's visit was perfect. This house was more than perfect for the 6 of us (3 kids and 3 adults) and gave us each the privacy we needed. The house is in impeccable condition and tastefully decorated. The backyard was truly a pleasure. We were in walking distance to so much we didn't even get to everything. We missed the Wonder Bar (which has a happy hour for dogs) and movies on the rooftop of the new Asbury Hotel, both in walking distance. The food and atmosphere at Porta (a block away) was better than most similar places in New York City and the restaurants we ate in on the boardwalk (just a few blocks away) were far better than any beachfront restaurants I'd experienced before. The shops along the boardwalk were a cut above your standard beach junk and have a Brooklyn feel to them. Great shopping, great eats, and great drinks. We also ventured down to Point Pleasant (20 minutes away) and Seaside Heights (30 minutes away), both of which have amusement parks, which were awesome for kids under 15. Our visit to Seaside Heights included a tour of MTV's Jersey Shore beach house, which was an unexpected treat. It was the perfect kid-friendly vacation.

Excellent home, enjoyable stay

A small group of us stayed at Lisa's property and really enjoyed ourselves. The location can't be beat. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We made use of the incredible backyard patio and grill. Highly recommend. Thank you Lisa!
