Welcome to Paradise Point on Mayfield Lake! Tucked away in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains midway between majestic Mount Rainier and fitful Mount Saint Helens, Paradise Point is a little slice of heaven. We invite you to come enjoy all of the pleasures cozy mountain living has to offer. Soak in the sweeping vistas of Mayfield Lake and the Cascade Mountains while strolling among towering trees, relaxing in the hot tub, lounging on the private dock, or warming your hands around the open campfire.

Paradise Point is truly unique because it is one of only a handful of private waterfront properties on the whole lake. Rentals are available year around to guests who enjoy all types of outdoor activities. Swimming, boating, fishing, hunting, snow skiing, hiking, sightseeing, golf, whitewater rafting, bike riding, canoeing, and much more are within a short distance of Paradise Point on Lake Mayfield.

Facilities available include the Mount St. Helens House and the Cascade Cabin. All guests have access to the waterfront, private dock, fire pit, picnic tables, horseshoe pit and outdoor bathroom. With total sleeping accommodations for up to 25 guests, plus additional tenting, Paradise Point is ideally suited for all of your family, social, and corporate activities.

Easily reached from either Seattle or Portland, Paradise Point on Mayfield Lake is the perfect weekend getaway or week long vacation spot. Even the Pacific Ocean is only 1.5 hours to the west.

Paradise Point Rentals on Mayfield Lake strives to provide an enjoyable experience that will create lifelong memories. Our goal is to make your time here so enjoyable that you will return annually with your family or corporate event. We promise to do all that is in our power to make your stay peaceful and enjoyable!

PLEASE NOTE: During the dates of June 16th through Labor Day the pricing on this site reflects the rental of the entire property (which includes the St Helens House and the Cascade Cabin). In all other months the price offered on this site only includes the rental of ONLY the St Helens house. The full property is available to rent in all other months but we do not require that guests rent it in its entirety. Please inquire about the full rental before booking.

Also in the summer season, we divide up weeks into defined blocks of days so that we can accommodate the maximum number of guests. The block lengths will vary somewhat but are typically 4-night weekend blocks (check in Thursday and out Monday) and 3-night weekday blocks (check in Monday and out Thursday).  Of course, you can sign up for consecutive blocks if you would like. If you are booking summer stays please drop me a note and we can let you know the start and end dates of the open blocks as it might not be evident on the schedule

This was a great property. All of our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay! From the rope swing, to the personal dock, it had all of the features that we loved. Also wanted to note that while there is no wifi, cell phone service was excellent for everyone.

Cabin needs painting and some repairs ..the main house needs some new furniture the small table is in rough shape and the chairs are broken.. was nice to have all the space otherwise nicely stocked.. a little pricey when you have whole place.. beautiful view nice swings..

Lovely waterfront home

We had a great stay here. Clean warm. Hot tub functional. Beautiful views of the lake and a private dock. Dishwasher didnt work but overall we would love to go back. Great memories. Thank you so much

This property was so much fun!! It didn’t quite seem like I thought it would be in my mind, but not because of the pictures, it was just my own vision of it. The lake was super inviting, nice friendly neighbors too. Love the lay out of everything. Well stocked with dishes and appliances you might need. We had a wonderful time!

Paradise Point Delivers

The property is stunning and has everything you need for a fun get away with a large group at the lake. Everyone was comfortable in their cabins and it was so awesome to have two kitchens to work with. The jacuzzi was big and having it lowered into the deck made it a lot easier for older folks to get in it. David was very professional, kind, and easy to work with. The cleaning crew were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this beautiful spot again.

Summertime getaway

I love the property! My family, friends, and I enjoy our stay here. There was so many things to do and keep ourselves occupied during our stay. No Wi-Fi? Not a problem for us! From fishing off the dock, kayaking, canoeing, jumping into the lake, throwback movies, card games, and don’t forget the old classics Super Nintendo! There was a few issue but it got handle real quick. Thank you David! For you quick respond! I’ll definitely book again!

Amazing!

This property is AMAZING! Everything was clean and well taken care of! The ease of having our own dock to tie up our boat and our friends was so easy and convenient. The boat launch is close and the dock is so easy to tie up! Lots for kids and teens to do at the property. A rope swing, canoe, fishing, swings, horse shoes, a hot tub, camp fire pit (great for s’mores) , a closet full of DVD ‘s and LOTS of board games and volley ball. It was like staying at our own resort!!! The property owner was great and quick to respond with our questions. The house cleaners were friendly and nice when we meet them at the end of our stay. Both the house and cabin were very clean and bedding was comfortable and we had a wonderful restful sleep. They also have fans available in the rooms to cool off the home during the day (if it gets warm). The house and cabin stayed just right during the hotter days we were there for the most part. My friends and family highly recommend staying here and we plan on scheduling this property again for next years vacation!

Had a great time here with my family. Loved the fact that you had your own private dock and lake views from the house and hot tub. Clean, fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, sheets enough for a big family.

This property has been in the family since 1972 and has been the site of large family reunions ever since. We opened it up to guests in 2004 and have guests that have returned every summer for over a decade.

This property is nearly one of a kind. Most of this shoreline is owned by Tacoma City light so there is almost no development along the banks of this 5 mile long lake. 180 degree lake views with private dock make this a must visit destination.
