Step through your private beach access directly onto white sand. The beach stretches for miles in both directions, surf breaks, tide pools, and Santa Teresa's legendary sunsets are all right here.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. No sharing, no waiting. Each room was custom-furnished by the owners, with bamboo flooring, high ceilings, and enough space to feel like your own suite.

· Infinity Pool Overlooking the Pacific

The infinity pool is where the villa comes together. Swim, watch the sunset, or simply sit with a drink as the Pacific turns gold. There is no better seat in Santa Teresa.

· Indoor-Outdoor Living

Nine-foot sliding glass doors open across the entire front of the house, connecting the main living space directly with the pool terrace and the ocean beyond. When you want air conditioning, close them. When you don't, the breeze does the rest. Every bedroom and living space is fully air-conditioned.

· Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen has quartz countertops and professional appliances, perfect for cooking together or bringing in one of the area's private chefs. The dining table seats 12, with 5 more at the kitchen bar.

· Staff Included

Your stay includes daily housekeeping, a private security guard from 6 pm to 6 am, a gardener/caretaker, and a dedicated manager/concierge who handles everything before and during your trip, from restaurant reservations and surf lessons to private chefs, yoga instructors, and massage therapists who come directly to the villa. Laundry service is available at $15 per load.

Restaurants, a local market, pilates studios, gym and more are all within walking distance. For bigger adventures: deep-sea fishing, ATV tours, zip lining, horseback riding, and waterfall hikes, your concierge handles the arrangements.
