Spectaculaire maison de plage de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain à quelques pas de la baie. Cette maison a un grand MBR avec un lit queen et une deuxième grande chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. La cuisine entièrement équipée s'ouvre sur un immense salon doté d'un canapé-lit queen-size pour les personnes supplémentaires. La maison a une télévision, un lecteur DVD, Internet sans fil haute vitesse, un barbecue au charbon, une climatisation centrale, une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur et plus encore. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin: lave-vaisselle, cafetière, théière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons et tous les ustensiles dont vous aurez besoin. Profitez des soirées d'été assis sur le porche, la terrasse et le patio. Il vous suffit de vous reposer et de vous amuser!


Choses à faire dans les régions de Lewes à proximité: Cape Henlopen State Park est à seulement un mile de distance. Ce parc possède des plages publiques pour la baignade, le surf et la pêche. Il propose également des pistes cyclables et de nature, le camping et a une riche histoire militaire. Visitez le Centre de la nature et apprenez tout sur la faune du parc. Pour changer de rythme, vous pouvez prendre le voyage de 70 minutes sur le ferry de Cape May Lewes et visiter Cape May pour la journée. Avec Rehoboth Beach à seulement 5 km au sud de Lewes, vous pouvez emmener la famille se promener sur la promenade ou emmener les enfants à Funland pour une nuit de manèges et de plaisir.

Il y a aussi plusieurs terrains de golf publics à proximité pour votre plaisir de golf.

Shopping et restauration: Vous trouverez une abondance de boutiques hors taxes dans la région. Great accessibility to the beach. Neighborhood is very quiet. Great area for bike riding. Photos of house are accurate. Kitchen is really well equipped if you are going to be doing any meal prep. Lots of storage throughout the house in cupboards, closets, etc. We did have to supply our own towels and bed linens but Nancy let us know in advance so we were prepared.

Awesome vacation

Just loved the neighborhood, the beach was minutes away, so accessible . The house was perfect, met our expectations and more! Loved the town, lots of restaurants to choose from. Lovely downtown area. I will definitely like to stay again!!

Both host and house are excellent

Extremely nice and responsive host. Nice little house. Well furnished, has what you need while you're there and everything is very clean. Short walk to the beach and nice neighbors.

Another great experience

We've stayed in the owners properties before, always clean and convenient. This is a great house, so close to the beach. Plenty of room for family of four and nice screened in porch. Plenty of books and games. Great location!!

Sweet Little House

This sweet little house has plenty of space and is perfectly located one block from the beach. It has everything you need to enjoy your holiday but our favorite is the screened in porch. It provides a pleasant place to eat and relax after a day on the beach.

Great family beach trip

The property was as described - cute, comfortable, clean and very well located just a block from the beach. It was perfect for a family with two kids - plenty of room. The house came stocked with all the basics, including some beach chairs and toys, which was great for us as we spent every day running back and forth to the beach. We had a relaxing beach trip and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location near Lewes Beach

This is the second year that my husband and I have rented this property. It is clean, well-maintained and well equipped. It is perfect for an older couple or young family. We watched the fireworks over the bay on the 4th and had a wonderful time.

Wonderful Vacation Cottage

This cottage is so relaxing, you don't want to leave! The house has everything you need to make your stay in Lewes as comfortable as your own home. We love the screened in porch, great place to have dinner or just kick back and read a book. Only a very short walk to the beach. The owners are very accomodating and easy to work with. Lovely place to spend vacation time.

Great location, comfortable house

I couldn’t ask for a better location- walkable to town and 1 block from the beach. The house is clean and comfortable. This was my second trip at this rental and both times the cleaning service had not cleaned the house before check in. Other than that, we had a great time and will definitely come back!

Wonderful house and location

We enjoyed our week so much that we arranged with owner for an additional night. Within minutes from leaving the screened-in porch our toes nestled in the sand as we took in the sight and salty air of the bay. A tucked away biking/waking trail is also accessible within a minute. We biked to Lloyd's Market for groceries and downtown Lewes for restaurants and pickle ball. We hope to return in the future.

Wonderful Location in Lewes

This is a great rental. It is spacious, clean, and well-appointed for those who enjoy doing some cooking. It's nice to be able to walk across the street to access the bay and not have to drive. But then again, it's only a short drive to the ocean at Cape Henelopen St. Park. The temps were in the upper 90's during our stay and the air conditioning worked perfectly through it all. The owner, Nancy, was prompt with replies to my questions. We will definitely return! Janice Keim

Great home base for family beach-centered vacation

We got there early and Nancy (the owner) called to send the cleaning crew ahead of schedule so we could check in early. The house is great. A short walk across cedar street to the beach. Spacious rooms, the open kitchen/living room layout made it easy to watch our little ones while cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and a good size. There's even an outdoor shower (with hot and cold) so you can wash off sand before entering. The location is convenient to Lewes restaurants and a short drive to rehobeth beach for bigger waves and/or fun on the boardwalk. We really couldn't find anything to complain about.

Great beach house

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect for a family with 2 children. Nice short walk to the beach. I really liked having a master bathroom attached to the bedroom versus having to share with the kids. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with equipment and the living room was a comfortable space. No problems with the internet or TV. We appreciated having access to games and some beach supplies such as boogie boards. The screened in porch was great and the outdoor shower was very helpful to minimize sand. My only complaint is that the outdoor shower didn't have any walls so we weren't able to fully rinse off and get cleaned up before entering the house. Otherwise everything was great. I would definitely recommend this property to other families.

Fantastic beach house

This Lewes house was only a block and a half from public access to the bay. Even on weekends, it was easy to find a spot upon which to set your blanket and chairs. The gentle waves made it a safe setting for children. The house itself was extremely clean, and with a bathroom for each bedroom, very convenient. Little things like plenty of cabinet and closet space in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a large supply of hangers, appealed to me and set it apart from other rentals I have experienced. I also took advantage of the screened in porch daily for morning coffee, although it could have benefited from an overhead fan during hot days. The kitchen was super-well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances. Although the sleeper sofa allows for up to 6 residents, I think that may have felt like a tight squeeze. ( Of course, at the beach most of your time is spent outdoors.) Overall, we were extremely happy with this rental and hope to visit again.

Great house, just a block from the bay beach and convenient to town and ocean beach at state park. Can't beat staying on Cedar Road in Lewes, and this house is tidy and well-equipped. Nancy was super responsive with information about check-in and any questions we had.

Everything in this house yells comfort, the bath are updated, the kitchen is updated and the living room is saying "get comfy" and have your morning coffee sitting on the large screen porch. Loved our stay.

Excellent stay

Two of us enjoyed our first-time experience. The house is in a good location: on the corner with ample parking, easy walk to Lewes Beach, (spectacular sunrise and family-friendly surf). Equally awesome sunset short distance away. Screened-in porch provided great place for bikes - comfortable table, chairs - especially nice for breakfast or evening drinks. First impression of the interior was pleasant space - clean and comfy - stocked with books, games. Kitchen everything we needed. Like the floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and open living area. Would be interested in future rental.

Beautiful place

The pictures don't do this place justice. The house is very nice with a large screened in porch, a very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. It's a nice quiet place that's very close to the beach. We had a very enjoyable time and loved the place. We even met the owner and she was wonderful. We would recommend this home to all who are looking for a quiet getaway at the beach.
