This condo has one of if not the best views on Lake Hamilton. Located on a Main Channel, this condo also has a swimming pool, free wifi, Directv in the living and bedroom, and a covered balcony with a grill. The 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo sleeps 2-4 people. The bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Located less than 1 minute from the Hot Springs Mall, this condo is near all the attractions Hot Springs has to offer.

Relaxation after baseball tournament

We came to hot springs for a baseball tournament. We wanted something different than a hotel. And this place was perfect. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The WiFi was strong enough that my son could play his Xbox. While my wife and I sat on the patio and enjoyed the view.

Quick Weekend Get Away

My husband and I decided to take a quick trip for the weekend to Hot Springs. The condo was a perfect size for us. It was nice waking up to a water view and we had all of Hot Springs attractions close to us.

Be a host

Well… Jeff could step up as a host. Instead of 3 unusable skillets, spend 100 get some dishes pillows a small table for patio deck . Your grill is worthless without electrical outlet that works. Check out some other nonworking items, that’s your job as a host. Great location, find another unit in this complex, and stay in it!

Great stay on the lake!

The Condo was great! View was beautiful and access to the water for fishing was nice. Caught a bass right off the little dock. The pool looked nice and very clean from our balcony. I think coffee pot might need replaced. Just kept over flowing when we used it. Wish the front door had an extra lock from the inside like a chain so you could be sure no one could get in with the code. Other than that the property was great! Would love to stay again.

Close to some great restaurants

Last Minute Getaway

We booked this condo, the night before our arrival. The location was perfect and beautiful. The condo could definitely use some updates (paint color, fixtures and decor), but the pictures did reflect exactly what we were getting. We had a couple minor issues when we arrived and communication with the Host was EXCELLENT! He was apologetic and got it taken care of within 45 minutes. Would absolutely recommend this condo.

Review

Property is dated and could use fresh paint, bedding and patio furniture. Could also use a Keurig coffee pot. I informed the owner that there would be two people staying. He assured me that it was not a problem but only left 4 towels. I had to purchase more towels for our visit.

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful location with a great view of the lake. Owner was very responsive. Only negative is that TV and Wi-Fi is non existent and needs upgraded.

Great place to stay

Had a great time and enjoyed the veiw as well close to town. Would stay again in future. If i have to say one negative it would be to update the tv to a smart tv so poeple can enjoy the tv apps that they use from home.

Anniversary get away.

Nice location just need some updates..The TV service is horrible..The grill was awful...Ceiling fan in living room need to be fixed. I would mind going back ,if they make some changes.

Beautiful view morning & night!

We loved staying at the condo. Yes, there needs to be some updates to the condo but it was a nice & convenient place for us to be able to enjoy visiting Hot Springs.

Condo was located near everything place we wanted to visit. We did very little driving during our stay and had more time for fun.

Anniversary trip

Jeff was quick to get back with me on some minute issues. The view of the Lake was wonderful; close to everything yet away from town. It does need some updating - some furniture broken, ceiling fan broken, need bathroom wastebasket & papertowels. Linens good; comfortable bed; had a small issue with ants in the bedroom. Would return in the future!

Cute and Cozy with Great View

My wife and I took an extended weekend for our anniversary and were very pleased with the condo. Everything was as described on listing. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in lounge chairs just looking out over the lake and pool. The grill on the patio was nice. Lots of windows looking out towards the lake and patio with blinds for privacy as well. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We cooked dinner twice including grilling steaks on the patio and breakfast twice as well. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was close to downtown Hot Springs and close to other state parks as well which is one of the things we liked about the location of the condo. We would definitely stay here again. Booking and checking in and out was simple and easy.
