FALL/WINTER UPDATE: Lake water release in effect with re-fill the beginning of March. Lake levels at complex reduced up to 5 ft. No boat slip or landing access during this time. However, we are less than 10 miles from Hot Springs National Park, Garvan Gardens and Oaklawn Racing with many more things to do in the surrounding area. Or maybe, you simply want to relax and recharge in the peaceful setting. From the moment you enter the ground floor 1 bedroom/1 bath condo you'll be drawn to the view of the lake through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedroom provides a king size bed with Smart TV to help relax at end of the day. A fully equipped kitchen provides opportunity to prepare meals for dining indoors or out on back deck overlooking the lake. Second Smart TV in living area is available for viewing your favorite streaming service such as Netflix or Hulu and live programming via YouTube TV. Enjoy a short walk along the boardwalk, play a game of tennis or pickle ball on the sports court or take a deep breath of crisp, clean air on the back porch enjoying a warm beverage. Full size washer and dryer provided to accommodate long stays.

Just Perfect

Clean, beautiful, and bed was very very comfortable. Beautiful view even though the water level was down. We will stay again next time.

Football Weekend

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday and to watch my son play college football. This place was great! From the communication of the host to the stay being clean and relaxing, we will be back if it isn’t booked up! Even made a friend with a Canadian Goose!

Absolutely beautiful view of the lake

The photos don't do justice. The property is beautiful. The condo is clean and very tidy. You have enough accessories to cook meals and sit out on the patio and take in the view. You can catch sunrise and sunsets and they are absolutely breathtaking

We have enjoyed the wonderful experiences my husband’s Civil Service career has afforded us over the last 35 years. Rose stayed home with our 3 children and homeschooled 2 through high school and is currently enjoying High School again with our third child. Living in Arkansas, Alabama, Virginia, Maryland, Texas and Germany has given us ample opportunity to explore many parts of our country and extensive travel in Europe. Whether in local attractions, natural beauty, the food or people we’ve met along the way, we have always found the ‘happy’ in every location. As we near retirement, we were excited to find a slice of ‘happy’ on Lake Hamilton near Hot Springs, Arkansas.
