Enjoy one of the nicer houseboats in Venice Marina. Located down on 'C' dock at the Venice Marina. It is situated to accommodate boats along the end and side of the house. Our accommodations offer 9 beds in a 3 bedroom / 1 bath configuration. We decided to use 'family friendly' bunk beds throughout the house. Bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 2 has 3 twin beds and 1 full bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 twin and 1 full bed. The living room has a queen sized pull out sofa. The entire home can sleep 9-12 people

You will enjoy the large, flat screen TV located in the living area equipped with Direct TV. The living area and large functional kitchen provide an open concept for guest to visit while watching TV, dining and preparing meals in the fully furnished kitchen.

Enjoy the large 20 x 20 deck. Property has a charcoal grill located on the deck for use by our guests. There is also a convenient fish cleaning station. The house is also equipped with a fish fryer for your day’s catch.

WE ALSO HAVE 2 OTHER HOUSES AVAILABLE NEXT DOOR IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL SPACE.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations are only allowed prior to 30 days of the rental period. Cancellations within 30 days of rental period are only allowed in the event of named tropical system in the Gulf of Mexico that requires evacuation or tropical watches/warnings are issued for the Venice area.. Should the reservation be cancelled within the 30 days of the rental period then the entire rental fee is forfeited and the reservation/damage deposit will be returned. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, illness, accident, change in plans, personal emergencies, charter boat cancellation, or otherwise if not done in writing 30 days prior to arrival date.

Exactly what we expected. AC was cold, beds were comfortable, everything was clean and in good working order. Showers were nice and warm. We had 4 large guys staying and there was plenty of room. Any groups over 6 or so will be a little crowded. Ice machine worked great and the fish cleaning station got used a lot! Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Trip

The houseboat was clean with a nice size living and kitchen area. Everything was provided if you wanted to grill or fry fish. The deck was spacious with chairs provided to hang out after a day of fishing while your buddies are cleaning the days catch.

Best fishing trip ever

6 people two guided boats per day from Taylor’s guide service. Picked up off the boat house everyday at 5:45. Boat house worked perfect for us. My crew can’t wait to come back. 550 pounds of fish in three days.

Amos: Thank you for review. The house does only have 1 bathroom and this is stated in the property description. There was an issue with the dish provider but we did get it taken care. We have monthly pest control and after your complaint I called in the company for extra service. As for the ice machine, it was producing ice during your stay and we have since had it serviced. Thank you for letting us know of the issue. Venice is a fishing village and not a lot to do other than fish so if someone doesn't enjoy this activity it would not be a pleasant trip for them.

Joat 2 Don't plan on using grill or fish cooker or getting into upper bunks.

Two weeks prior to arrival I communicated with the property manage-- Traci McCall with IN Travel Group. Ask her very nicely to make sure grill and fish cooker were clean and ready to go. Left a message the day before arrival to verify cookers were ready. Day of arrival the grill is full of ashes and the fish cooker is full of rancid grease. It took 3 days to have grease removed from cooker. It was not cleaned and smelled awful. We had to have fish fried at marina. Only one Upper bunk bed had a ladder. Unless you are an Olympic gymnast its impossible to get in upper bunks.

The inside of the houseboat was perfectly fine. Beds were comfortable. It was clean. There's no covered porch to sit under or table out there to eat at. The fish fryer is nasty inside and has no gas bottle.

The house boat was great!! There was some damage to the property, but nothing that bothered us. Only wish it came with a rolling dollies, since it was at the end of the Pier. Can't wait to book it again for our next trip!!!

Owner is missing the little things that would make this a 5 star property

No paper towels, no ladders for bunks, fish fryer was full of old grease which rendered it useless, and someone took all the ice from the ice machine the day we were out fishing……..all made for a mediocre experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather wasn’t fully cooperative, but we did have a great day of Redfishing. The property owner was very helpful. Note…. Everything was provided except towels.
