Welcome to Terrasol #230 located in the Vela building
This 2 bedroom 2 bath is one of the most beautifully renovated condos that Terrasol has to offer..... Its been redone from front to back with no expenses spared.
Large new kitchen with island, Granite counter tops and all high end appliances.
The large Master bedroom has a King size bed with an attached bathroom with his and hers sinks and an oversized shower.
The second bedroom has 2 double sized beds that can be converted to a king size bed and is next to the second bathroom, which also has 2 sinks and an oversized shower.
Living area has a New large screen TV with internet TV with many channels.... WIFI is included.
The large deck overlooks the main pool area and palapa bar/restaurant. With plenty of space, you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening beverage while watching whales breaching and cruise ships passing by.
The location of Terrasol is one of the best that Cabo has to offer.... a 5 min walk to the marina is the perfect starting place for an evening out. With all of the best restaurants and bars and shopping within a 10 min walk.
The friendly staff at Terrasol are always helpful with any questions you may have.
This unit is a Non Smoking unit.... there is no smoking allowed inside the condo or on the outside deck.
ALL RENTERS are subject to a Nightly Fee and a Cleaning Fee that is paid directly to Terrasol.
1-2 people $19.50/night
3-4 people $24.50/night
5-6 people $29.50/night
These fees cover all the guests
Cleaning fee: $35.00
This is a NON SMOKING unit....
We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.
During the months of May to October there may be some renovations going on throughout Terrasol, as this is the slow season and construction is permitted. So some noise during the hours of 9-5 may occur.

Location is second to none with Terrasol.... only a 5 min walk to the marina and downtown area.
Within a minute you can find yourself walking down one of the most pristine beaches in Los Cabos, no vendors here....
Great place to watch cruise ships pass by.... whales breaching and a few sea turtles coming and going
