This is an incredible, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, spacious apartment with a roof top overlooking the skyline of the cancun hotel zone, close to the heartbeat of the cancun city restaurant, shop and bar district, only 5 minutes away from the entrance to the Kukulcan boulevard, (the hotel zone entrance). the roof top has a jacuzzi tub and a bar area for sunset viewers and light get togethers. internet access is included, full size kitchen, one parking space and daily building janitor from 2pm to 4 pm

Great 3 BR Apartment

Everything is as advertised. Property manager was always available, particularly loved the private rooftop sun area accessible to this unit only.

Spring Break 2018

This unit/apartment was just what was listed. It had a elevator so bringing in all our gear was easy. It was well stocked, comfortable and had air conditioning. It is close to a few restaurants and taxi's came by the building all the time. It is not on the Hotel strip but is what we wanted. All in all, if we came back to Cancun, we would stay here again.

Very spacious lovely condo

A friend and I stayed in this condo for just under a month. We found it spacious and comfortable. The rooftop is private and very beautiful to hang out. The location is quiet and the condo complex is also very quiet and clean. It would be easier if you had a car, but if not the Walmart is only 20 minute walk and the mall ks about 25 minute walk with everything you would need there. The owner was very responsive to our messages and super helpful! Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this lovely space, The place was even nicer in person compared to the pictures on the site.
