Beach House near Isla Blanca (Family Friendly)

Overall a good 3 bedroom house near a local beach, local restaurants, and kiteboarding at Isla Blanca. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. We visited Cancun for the main purpose of kiteboarding at Isla Blanca. It's only 25 min drive to Ikarus kiteboarding beach. There is also snorkeling nearby with guided tours only 5 min. away. Walmart Express is 10 min. away. The downside was the couch in the living room was uncomfortable and the king size bed needs to be replaced. Property owner said they plan to replace the mattress and couch for future renters. There was also water pressure problem which will be fixed. We did have a minor issue with fridge not cooling but the owner had technician come out to fix right away without us needing to be present. Property owner was very responsive and was helpful when needed. The property needs some maintenance but overall good for the price point.
