Welcome to Lighthouse unit #316 Luxurious Gulf Front unit on the third floor, it just doesn't get any better than this. Arriving at this unit, you will appreciate parking just a few steps from the front door of your condo. Once inside the decor and amazing view will surely take your breath away. Tile floors, floor to ceiling glass windows, upscale furnishings, 3 flat screen TVs, Cable are just a few things that welcome you in the door. Both the master and the living room in this unit run along the Gulf side of the condo and have doors onto a balcony with table, chairs and lounge chairs. The third floor location puts you high enough to have privacy but still in the perfect location for the best views and to listen to the waves rolling in...

Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a flat screen TV, Gulf front views, balcony access, plus exquisite en suite with jetted tub and separate shower.

Bunkroom has a custom built in twin bed over full bed, flat-screen TV, chest of drawers and separate bathroom.

Additional sleeping with a leather sofa in living area that makes into a queen bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook a great meal with family and friends. All linens are provided as well as towels, wash clothes, and a few more extras to get you started.

Lighthouse Amenities - 2 fantastic gulf front pools, 2 hot tubs, indoor pool, exercise room, sauna, BBQ area, and much more...

The location is the best! Lighthouse is nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores on 'East Beach' and is convenient to shopping, dining, beach activities, amusement parks, and live entertainment. Just half a mile to Hwy 59 makes it easy to come and go while you're here.

We prefer to Rent Saturday to Saturday only during high season.

I traveled to Gulf Shores to celebrate wedding anniversary and found this adorable condo. It’s in a very well maintained condo community. So we felt very safe. We walked in to find this home extremely clean which exceeded my expectations. The access code to door allowed us entry. The primary room has plenty of drawer and closet space to unpack clothes. WiFi works great. The TV has multiple channels to view and their is a patio door with a spectacular view of the beach. Plenty of towels and wash cloths, hand soap, toilet paper, washing powder, cascade, bar soap, kitchen towels and dish soap. The second bedroom is space for small children. It has drawer space and a TV. Very quiet condo community, we were able to sleep in a comfortable bed without any disturbances. Love the decor in the home with lots of natural sunlight and space to move around. The host Marilyn was very responsive and tended to all of my needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, eating utensils, plates, bowls, mugs and glasses. I would definitely stay again. This place is worth considering for your next beach vacation.

Overall an amazing stay! The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. We loved relaxing on the back deck with morning coffee or after a day at the beach. Parking, pool, and beach access were super convenient - we were right next to the stairwell leading directly there, so we never needed the elevator. We walked everywhere for dinner and shopping, and the nearby bike lanes were perfect for running to the state park. The beach was a bit crowded, as expected for the season, but it was easy to rent umbrellas and chairs that were set up for us daily. A wonderful experience - we’d definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our time here for spring break! The management and communication were great, especially when we ran into a weather situation, they were very helpful. Our family of four stayed here and the condo was just the right size for us. I really liked how we were so close to parking. Saved us a lot of time when unpacking and packing the car. This unit was perfect for our little family of three! The unit was so clean upon arrival and the beds were very comfortable! We love everything about this unit, location and the view! The unit had, beach toys, chairs and towels. The owner is so very nice and was accommodating to us wanting to check in early since it was really earlier than planned! The condo amenities are so great! We love the 2 pools they have and indoor pool. We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach vacation!

The key to a perfect vacation starts with the room. Absolutely beautiful condo, very clean, loved using the new washer and dryer, the condo is decorated so pretty. Perfectly stocked kitchen for any needs you would have for cooking. Location is PERFECT! Loved being on the third floor so we didn’t have to waste time using the elevator. Marilyn was wonderful! Answered any questions that we had promptly. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Lighthouse Condominium

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and the host even left some "welcome goodies" on the counter and in the freezer for us to enjoy. The kitchen was fully equipped and the unit had full size laundry facilities. The balcony was relaxing and the view of the beach and the gulf was wonderful. We have stayed at the Lighthouse several different times, but this was the first time booking through this host. Marilyn was absolutely the best! We are looking forward to booking with her again next year.

The property was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay very much, the only negative was, it was not as clean as what I expected there was sand on the furniture, sand all in the floor, and walking on the floor, barefoot our feet were black.

We bought this condo in 2017 after owning another Lighthouse 3BR unit 301 for 11 years. We manage both units ourselves with our daughter who lives nearby.

Why they chose this property

We think Lighthouse is the best Condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama. For this reason we have bought 5 units for vacation rental as well as for our own use. We purchased all 5 units on the 3rd floor because you can park near the door. Lighthouse itself is in a perfect location and is extremely well maintained.
Our goal is to have our guests feel right at home with most everything they might need to make their time wonderful. We have redecorated and continue to think of ways to improve our condo for your use.

What makes this property unique

We own 5 third floor units and love them all. The top parking deck is on the 3rd floor allowing you to park near your door without the need for elevators as you come and go in your car w/groceries etc. Also, we think it is a perfect height and distance from the pool and beach.
