Welcome to Fleur de Leisure East! You've found the ideal place to enjoy sugar sand beaches and all that Gulf Shores has to offer. We are located in The Lighthouse, one of the newest complexes on the beach, offering a zero entry pool, a second over sized outdoor pool, an indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, and sauna.

From our balcony, you will enjoy a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the beach and Gulf. Inside you will find approximately 1,000 square feet of beautifully appointed space to enjoy. Our unit offers floor to ceiling windows allowing you and your family to take in the view whether you are relaxing in the living room, resting in the master bedroom, or even preparing lunch in the kitchen.

The master bedroom has hard wood floors with a bright and airy feel. The master bath has a granite double vanity, a large walk in closet, a jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower.

The living area is brand new. The latte colored sofa boasts a queen sleeper sofa, a 42' flat screen tv, and a bistro table to enjoy morning coffee or snack while enjoying the outdoor view.

The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal including dinnerware, cookware, and utensils.

We are very centrally located. We are less than one mile from 59 which means we are less than one mile from The Hangout (a favorite among locals and visitors)!

If you MUST do laundry, we have a full sized washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.

The parking passes are now sold onsite and the cost is $20.00

Why Kim Clatterbuck chose Gulf Shores

We chose this property because it is somewhat different than the other beach condo we purchased in 2012. We own another 2 bedroom unit at Surf Side Shores. It is as beautifully decorated as this one but Surf Side Shores is considered a low density unit. The Lighthouse is a high density unit because here, you will find over 200 units whereas at Surf Side, there are only 48 units. We love both of our condos. When we want a quieter vacation, we head to Surf Side and when we want to whoop it up, we head to the Lighthouse. If you are looking for something low key please consider our other unit at VRBO# 432788.

What makes this condo unique

The Lighthouse has a little bit of everything to offer. If you want to relax quietly on the balcony, go for it. If you want to be part of the beach crowd, go for it. If you want to be with the kids at the pool, go for it! If you want to walk to The Hangout for a bite to eat, go for it. This complex is so centrally located, everything is at your fingertips.


We are located directly on the beach. When traveling down 59, you take a left at The Hangout and travel only 1/2 mile and you have arrived at the beach destination of your dreams. One in which you will want to return each and every year!

The second bedroom has a twin bed on top and a double on the bottom. There is a dresser with ample storage as well as a television. The sofa in the living area is brand new and opens up to a very comfy queen sofa sleeper.

Great property - as advertised!

I've stayed at the Lighthouse before and this condo was as good, if not better, than the other units I've stayed at. It was clean with nice furniture and well equipped. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it had all of the required utensils and cookware. The owner was great and she provided excellent customer service!!!! Thanks Kim!!!

Perfect mini-vacay

The condo was exactly what I was looking for for my birthday getaway. The location was amazing with the beach being only steps away and minutes from all main attractions. The condo itself was clean and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a very CLEAN unit. Kim (owner) was great to work with. Beach was clean even the day after hurrican Nate. Shrimp fest was this week. Will come back again.

A beautiful condo with a breathtaking view!

The condo was absolutely amazing! The amenities (both inside and outside of the unit) were above par. The owner was so friendly, and my friends and I enjoyed every minute of our stay! We will definitely be returning!

Owner's Response: Cameron, I agree about the amenities! The two outdoor pools are massive and the little kids love the zero gravity entrance. The indoor pool is always a hit especially for the afternoon thunderstorm that sometimes occurs. I personally use the gym everyday! I cannot wait to make your next reservation!
