Hermosa casa de 5 habitaciones, 3. 5 baños, para no fumadores con espacio para dormir 12. Un montón de espacio para familias numerosas. Patio privado con piscina y ducha exterior. A poca distancia de varios bares de playa, restaurantes, tiendas y la hermosa arena blanca de la playa de Fort Myers.
Cocina completa en el nivel principal, así como el nivel inferior. ¡No hay necesidad de subir y bajar escaleras para tomar bebidas frías! Hay un baño completo en el nivel inferior.
El patio tiene una parrilla y un montón de asientos al aire libre, así como un fogón de gas para las noches frías de Florida.

We had a great time staying at Brad and Shelley's place. They were perfect hosts and always responded promptly to any questions we had. We were there for Thanksgiving and the extra kitchen was very much appreciated! The kitchen was very well stocked for a rental property. Lots of beach and baby equipment provided as well. The pool was great as well as the location, which was within walking distance to the beach and many bars and restaurants. The sunsets were beautiful! We would love to stay at Southern Serenity again!

Great outdoor patio for hanging out and large pool with lots of toys and floaties for everyone! House was equipped with everything you need and plenty of room for more than 1 family. Short walk to the beach, made this place a great house for our stay with kids!

Summer Family Stay

This was an amazing property! Plenty of room, homey, close to beach and gorgeous back yard. The location is very close to restaurants and Publix supermarket. We hope to return!!!

Perfect Spring Break!

Stayed at this beautiful home with our children and grandchildren for spring break. They had everything we needed for the pool and beach. All the toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, coolers, too much to mention. All you need for the baby of the family is there as well! Plenty of room for everyone. Any time we needed to reach out to Brad and Shelley with a question, they responded almost immediately. Close to Times Square, restaurants, bars, shopping. Great location. We hope to return to this amazing property in the future!

Great for large extended family

We stayed with 12 members of our family. The house was so clean and well taken care of. Very nice having 2 kitchens and such a short walk to the beach and Times Square. The pool was so nice to come back and relax around after a day at the beach! I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect place!

The home was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located. We couldn’t have asked for a better spring break stay. The owners answered any and all questions we had from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. They were fantastic!!

If you want to be close to beach and have a pool (which is huge) this is your place! Plenty of space for our family of ten. Very comfortable beds, second kitchen in lower level a plus. Teenagers enjoyed the lower level playing PS5 on the large TV. Can’t wait to come back!

Labor Day Trip

This house is in a great location and had everything we needed to just relax near the beach for the weekend. The abundance of baby/kid supplies made it super easy to bring our one year old on his first vacation. The communication with the host was super easy and quick. If we find ourselves retaining to Fort Myers Beach, we'd definitely stay again!

We fully enjoyed this property!

We had such a wonderful stay Brad & Shelly’s home. Upon arrival we found the property to be pristine clean. It’s way bigger than I thought it would be. We had two families stay and there was plenty of room! The beds were all super comfy. There are essentially 3 floors & the basement area could be an apartment on its own-there’s a kitchenette, full bath all down there. There’s 2 sets of washers and dryers which helped keep our towels clean and dry. Lots of thoughtful additions if you have babies, like high chairs, pack and play, toilet seats and steps, baby spoons etc. It was HOT the week we stayed and the air conditioning kept up nicely. The pool area was so wonderful! The outdoor space was large with lots of chairs, a grill, garbage cans etc and was nice and private. Essentially everything felt new at the house and freshly renovated and modern. It was nicely decorated as well. There were tons of beach gear, chairs, sand toys, shell collecting bags, a wagon and cart to carry the supplies. Only 1 umbrella but you can rent additional gear at the beach. The walk to the beach was short. The beach itself wasn’t overly crowded and the water was shallow and nice and warm. We walked and walked far out and it didn’t get very deep. We looked at several properties in FMB and are certainly glad we chose this one!

My family and I absolutely love this property and the owners! Upon arrival, you will walk into a clean, fresh house. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is already there and ready to go. You can immediately tell that the owners care about the property and they want you to enjoy their house and your vacation. Not only that but if you do have any questions or concerns, they’re only a phone call away. Super simple. Love it! 10/10

We couldn’t have had a better place to stay, great location & great people that own the property, great communication, they went over and above to make sure we were set & even let us know that the bridge was going to be closed down about the time we needed to check out. Great family vacation spot

It was a beautiful house with all the amenities you could think of. We have stayed at several vrbo’s this was the first one that had 2 pack and plays for infants. Our whole group thought the place was amazing we will definitely be coming back. Even the neighbors were great .

Great communication with host. Easy to access the propriety. It was still under renovation when we stayed but host was clear upfront and very honest about it. Enjoy now as it is not yet too crowded in FMB

Our Hosts have quite possibly one of the best places on Ft Myers Beach currently to rent a home. Everything is up to date and working very well even amongst the destruction of the hurricane. They were consistently communicative with us. 100 out of 10 stars!

Our Best Florida Trip Yet

Exceptional host communication, property location, layout of the home, and one of the most well stocked kitchens for cooking at home would be enough to unquestionably return to this VRBO again and again. The neighborhood and neighbors will seal the return deal. In fact, for the first time in our extensive travel planning we were looking to book next year before even leaving for home. We are two families traveling together. The layout of the home provided enough space and privacy for everyone. The pool is large and the area around it is easy to gather in. The kitchen was so well stocked we lacked for nothing in all seven days of breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home. Drip and Keurig coffee machines. Dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent provided. Spices. Coffee filters. Paper towel. Plenty of towels. All of those things that just make setting up house so much less costly and more convenient. It is clear these are experienced and aware hosts. Maybe five minute walk to the beach and that is with small children (ages 5-8). There are not many businesses open post hurricane on the island and the devastation is real! This never subtracted from our experience (except the sadness you can’t help but feel for this community), as we felt so welcome in this home and by the neighbors. Brad and Shelley were completely transparent in what to expect during our stay and every part of this experience exceeded our expectations. I think our kids will be sending Christmas cards to the neighbors for years to come—that’s how great they are! We could never say enough good things. We fell in love with this place. That’s probably the best way to say it. : ) As with all my reviews—easy and friendly running and biking on or off the beach.

Great Girls Get Away

My friends and I travel all over the world this was a snap decision knowing that we could be there during a hurricane. We had a fabulous time the weather was perfect the host is right the pool is probably the largest private pool on the island it is absolutely stunning the house was clean it had all of the amenities we needed and it was a short walk to the beach for a sunset every evening. There were six of us and there are six beds in the house it was perfect! If I could give the host 10 stars I would we will definitely be booking this place again. It is in the perfect location a Fort Myers Beach close to all the fun restaurants bike rentals convenience and grocery store we didn’t have to leave we were in paradise.

Please check out our guest reviews. Entire house is well-suited to accommodate your family for an enjoyable and memorable vacation, but you'll find the pool and outdoor space especially welcoming. Many of our guests enjoy the house and pool so much they forget that the beach is 1680' away.
