This renovated four bedroom home is located on a lovely quiet street one block to all restaurants and shops of the Times Square / Pier / Beach area. The heated pool and tiki bar in the back yard make for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the peaceful outdoor sitting area and BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grille. Inside, an open concept living area features a family room with a 2 TV's, dining area and a fantastic, well equipped kitchen.
The 4 King bedrooms have a flat screen TV's providing excellent sleeping for 8. There are also 3 sofa beds for additional sleeping. This unit sleeps up to 11 people total. Beach House is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests. We use hotel grade bed and bath linens.

Check in is 4:00 PM and Check out is 10:00 AM
Early Check in and Late Check out can be purchased for $25 per hour

Overall cute little place to spend family time. Walk to beach was not far. House had ample sleeping room and the beds were super comfy! They also have tons of kitchen appliances to cook with!!

Perfect home, clean, spacious,amazing location 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach, love all the signs around the tiki bar by the pool. We were 6 adults and 4 kids and were more than comfortable, must say Tess is the best, thank you for having us we will be back

We loved this house!

Super great place to stay on FMB. The pool area was awesome to have and the house was great too. It was a group of friends that I went with, but this house would be perfect for two separate families vacationing together that also wanted their own space. The upstairs and downstairs each have their own kitchens, sitting areas, bathroom and bedrooms. The screened in porch was nice to have as well.

We own Heavenly Tropics a 4 king, three bath, and pool, Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook a one king bedroom each side of the duplex with a lock out door and pool, Paradise Cove and Paradise Cove II each sleeping 8 located side by side each with a pool and canal and now Beach House a four bed two bath across the street from the last two. In the winter we live in Fort Myers Beach. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be close to our four children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We travel back and forth to Fort Myers Beach in the summer and have friends in Fort Myers Beach who help us out when we are gone. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside in Fort Myers Beach which we of course love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 6 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you want other options or if this properties calendar is full, please contact us anyway. Thanks! Sitting in the yard area is magical! The heated pool and the Tiki bar will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind. Once you have relaxed take a 2-minute walk to Times Square to visit our tropical themed shops. You'll realize you won't need to spend a lot of money on restaurants when you see this kitchen. Cook to your hearts delight! If you do go out to eat our large selection of restaurants boast many specials. The food is fantastic in every one of our restaurants and cafes!
