This is the second time we have stayed at Jeff's property. It is always a very joyous occasion for our family as we spend the holidays and an entire month on the beach! Jeff has everything you need including chairs, a wagon toys for the beach and pool towels for the heated pool. The house is perfect. The outdoor screened in porch is one of our favorite areas where we spend many evenings watching the sunset and enjoying a glass of wine. Morning, coffee is also very enjoyable on the porch. The neighborhood is very clean and peaceful. We enjoy many walks around the neighborhood. The beach is a short distance from the house which we always pack up the wagon with our stuff and spend the day at. Publix is half a mile from the house and is an easy walk if you are just picking up a few things. Our favorite places to eat are fresh catch by Publix and flippers in lovers key. We cannot wait to return next year!

We had the best trip at this location. The pool was great for our kids and adults in our group. The beach was such a short walk and Jeff had all the beach items and wagon that made the trips to and from so easy. We are already planning on staying here next year!

We had an amazing vacation. I loved that you are provided ALL the beach accessories you will need and a beach buggy. This home is beautiful with all the amenities you need even soap, shampoo and conditioner. Jeffery was super connected with quick responses. The pool was so nice to have to cool off since the ocean was really warm lol. I can’t say enough about our experience. This home is a must stay!!! Beach access super easy to walk too. Property was great, loved the 2nd floor screened porch off the kitchen and living room, pool was great to cool off in. The house has everything you need for a great time at Ft. Myers Beach. The beds are very comfortable and the furnishings are perfect for a family gathering. The pool is great and the host was excellent at providing information. This is an exceptional place to stay and I highly recommend it.
