Beach getaway! Perfect for family in a heated private pool!

Enter your personal code on the smart lock and walk right in to your home away from home. So cozy and comforting for the whole family! All tile, three bedroom home. Leather sofa with two end recliners! Master room with en-suite. Two bedrooms on the other side of the home for privacy. Best place for two families to come share a great time! We can also easily host companies that are in need of accommodations. Plenty of parking for company cars or a boat. The master has a tempurpedic mattress. The second room has a queen size and the third room has 2 bunk beds! Twin size on top and full size on the bottom! Enough space for the entire family!
At Shamrock Park, just up the road, you can have a picnic or play on the courts! If you’re looking for a pickleball court it’s only a 10 minute drive away at Hecksher Park! Or bike to downtown only about 3 miles away! Feeling adventurous- take the Legacy Bike Trail from within our neighborhood. See a live baseball spring training game at the stadium 15 minutes away. Take a dip in Warm Mineral Springs, just about 20 minutes away! Don't want to cook? There are plenty of restaurants for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner within a 5 minute drive! Even an ice cream parlor you can walk to! Love to see movies? There's a movie theater just up the road! The private pool is cleaned weekly! Complete privacy with a fenced yard. Enjoy a delicious meal on the gas BBQ in your own backyard as the perfect oasis before going to see the enchanting sunset and perhaps a dolphin sighting every night!

Great location

We had a great stay at this property. The bedrooms were nice, beds comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms were clean. It was a short drive to several beaches and one block walk to the ice cream shop!

Great rental for a vacation

The property has a fair amount of space, it was enough for four adults and five kids. It also had a good pool, and grill. The stores and beaches were within reach, about a 5-15 minute drive. The experience was great, would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Perfect spring break vacation

Great host! Very good communication from beginning to end! Very welcoming. Lots of extras. Clean and comfortable home. Great location. Enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend.

Clean, updated, and private family home in convenient location

This home is close to all that Venice has to offer. It's within biking distance of 3 beaches, downtown Venice, and the Legacy Trail, via Shamrock Park. The private pool is small, but crystal clear, clean and perfect for children and families. The interior of the home was spotless, with updated appliances including the washer & dryer, which was very handy for our month-long stay. And we can't say enough about how prompt and helpful Ana and Cindie, our hosts, were when we had questions.

Great beach getaway

My 3 kids (16, 13, and 4), husband and I stayed at this house for a mini vacation. There was more than enough room for all of us. The pool and outdoor area is SO amazing at this house. My kids loved swimming, I loved relaxing in the swing and watching them. Caspersen beach is a really short drive and the host has provided towels and beach chairs. We did bring our own sifter and found a lot of sharks teeth. We also drove a short distance to the Sarasota Jungle gardens to feed the flamingoes. The house was very relaxing to come back to after a day exploring. We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect for our family

House was perfect for our needs. Comfortably fit 2 adults and 7 kids. Bonus pull out bed in laundry room that I wasn’t aware of when booking so that really helped. Pool was perfect size and temperature. Very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of linens and kitchen gadgets. We cooked basically every night and had everything we needed. Beach towels provided to use which was helpful 7 kids go through a lot of towels. Nice quiet neighborhood. Yard is decent size we went to Walmart purchased a volleyball net set it up and played almost every evening. Even had games we could use for family game night. Communication was great with the owner she responded immediately to all messages. So many beautiful beaches super close. We found shark teeth at manasota beach and loved capearson beach, due to them not being really crowded. Siesta Key beach had the best sand and water but was super crowded “still recommend”. Loved everything about the Venice area with the exception of the very aggressive angry drivers “they like to blow their horns a lot”.

South Venice Getaway

The house was perfect for our needs. It is well equipped for large families; located in a quiet neighborhood just off the main road; and is just minutes away beaches, restaurants, and major stores. Excellent communication from host!

Spacious for families

The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. Beaches, restaurants, parks all within 10 minute drive. The house had everything we needed including beach towels and chairs. Great stay in a beautiful part of FL!

South Venice Vacation

The property was just what we expected. They have done a lot of work on the inside of this house to make it feel like home away from home. Cindie was very responsive to our needs and was very pleasant to talk to and work with. We would definitely stay here again if possible. Suggestion: 1) Need a water hose connected in front of house to wash feet off when coming in from beach so you don't track sand in the house.

Fantastic stay

The owner was very responsive. Everything is just as detailed as in description. We had a great time. We had some hiccups in the beginning of our trip but this house made it so worth it. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. The only thing I can say that I didn’t like was the fact that we were only left so many trash bags for the small kitchen trash can and with 9 people it fills up quick. Also the dishwasher was broken but i was told that it in in the process of getting fixed it’s just the part hadn’t came in before my stay that was all. And I totally understand things happen. Overall great experience.

Awesome property manager, great location!

Clean nice house, I really liked the swimming pool and pool area! Walking distance from gas station, ice cream store and other places. Close to Manasota, Venice and Caspersen beaches. Manager responds to inquiries within minutes. We forgot 2 items when leaving, and the manager was able to arrange the shipment back to us - which was awesome! Thank you!

Enjoyed it!

First VRBO experience, and it turned out great. Kids enjoyed the pool, even thou its cold. Older home, remodeled, clean, cozy. Venice Beach 12min away. Shopping 5min.
