A really nice place.

We had a great time here. Close to some of our favorite restaurants and the beach. We would stay here again. Enjoyed the live music at the Tiki bar while we were at the pool.

Purple Parrot Review

We needed a last minute vacation and ran across the Purple Parrot on Perdido Key. It was affordable and our first time reserving with the company. Communication was quick and professional. Upon arrival we checked in electronically. The units are a little older but they were spacious and clean. The resort is close to some very good restaurants and just a few minutes from the beach. We especially had a good time at the tiki bar and the karaoke competition was very enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Very nice unit in a great location

It was easy to get in and out and it was close to the pool and snack bar/bar. The only reason we didn't extend our stay was the internet and TV went out our second day there.

Excellent Property

Our first time renting a property this way, and we were pleasantly surprised. We had a great unit and the property was fantastic. Pool, Tiki Bar, and proximity to the beach and beach places worked out great. One bit of warning: this location is very close to the Tiki Bar. On weeknights the karaoke is an "acquired taste", but the weekend bands were good. If you are not into the music into the evening, there are other units a bit further away from the bar. We will definitely be back.

Reviewer Comments: I thought it was a gated community only to drive up and see “open to the public” Rules stated “No events” we witnessed the public of about 20 people having a birthday party in the pool and “no pets” drove up and they had several pets... I was aware of the construction going on so I wasn’t caught off guard so I was fine with that! Our room was very clean! It really is a cool place I just wish I was I wasn’t caught off guard in regards to open to the public, no events, no pets.Also we did after hour check in and the lady that helped us went above and beyond to help us, thankful for her !!!

Good condo very spacious

Overall it was a really nice condo. Check in was a little confusing seeing as you had to get your keys away from the condo facilities. But once we were there everything was very nice!
