Coastal Sanctuary: Resort Condo Featuring Oasis Pool and Vibrant Tiki Bar

This villa has been stylishly renovated and is ready to welcome you to Parrot-Dise! This stunning one-bedroom villa has been furnished with a luxury coastal decor that is second to none. Conveniently located near the outdoor pool as well as the indoor pool house facilities which feature a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, restrooms (each with their own saunas, showers, and changing rooms), and our newly updated fitness center! Sleeping arrangements for your family should be more than comfortable, as the villa has been set up with a large king bed in the master suite and a queen-size convertible couch with a memory foam mattress in the living room. The condo also has a huge 55-inch TV in the living room for a movie night or to watch the big game as well as a large 55-inch TV in the master suite. In addition to the high-speed wireless internet, a full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and a brand new front load washer and dryer, there is also parking right in front of the unit. When you're not enjoying yourself from within the vacation home, a short walk will lead you to the 5,000 square foot 150,000-gallon outdoor pool. If you find yourself outside of the resort gates, a short drive will bring you to Johnson Beach which is 8 miles long and has seasonal lifeguards helping to provide a safe fun environment for the kids at the beach. Stay in Parrot-Dise, Purple Parrot condo 13A-upstairs, and we are sure that you will be calling in to extend your vacation!

Relaxing Vacation

This was our 3rd time staying here. We love how close the beaches and restaurants are. Live entertainment every night at the tiki bar. The bartenders are great. The huge pool is refreshing. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to couple or small families.

This was a great place to unwind and relax! Parrot-dise was perfect. Very cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor. Everything was great and sure beat a hotel. The tiki bar was a blast as well. Very quiet property and a great location!

The property was great! The house was clean and fully stocked with supplies we needed to cook like baking sheets and pots and pans. We were right next to the pool which our 1 year old loved! We for sure plan to visit again!

This place is great! 2nd time staying here and there will be more trips back. Very clean and close to the pool and tiki bar. Live entertainment every night next door. Beaches only a short drive away(literally less than 5 mins). I highly recommend this place. I have a couple suggested additions for the property: an air fryer for the kitchen and beach chairs/boogie boards for guests to use at the beach. We had friends this trip staying at the same resort, but in a different condo unit that included beach chairs and boogie boards for their guests which we utilized.

Had a few things go wrong. A staunch smoking smell was around the property and throughout the info about the property, it states no smoking is allowed. We quickly learned that’s not the truth. The people are nice but the cleanliness wasn’t great. Crumbs and sand were everywhere and I had to do a quick sweep when we got there.

I cannot rave enough about JD's place. When you first walk in it's like, "How do they get it this clean!???" The decor is so perfect and reminded me of my own home. The location couldn't be any better. If you want to be lazy and sunburnt, no problem! There's a bar and a pool right below you. This condo is in the middle of all the good eats and beach spots, too!! The best part? Their condo management company and it's integration with the Xplorie Alexa. What a helpful smart device. You can order your inclusive activities, ask about places to eat, the weather, and play some music. Loved that thing! We will be back. Thanks for a great stay.

Vacation in Paradise

My wife and I couldn't have had a better vacation. This place is amazing. Clean, comfortable, relaxing. Steps away from a huge pool and awesome tiki bar with live music and food. Great staff. Only a short drive from amazing beaches, restaurants (our favorite was Pedro's Mexican Restaurant), Lost Key golf course, and a fun dolphin boat cruise. Highly recommended for a couple-only getaway or a family vacation. We can't wait to plan our next trip here.

Very nice property that felt like home. My son and I enjoyed our stay. Great technology and easy to use. Games and books for rainy days. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, etc. if staying more than a few days. Water pressure was decent. Bring extra blankets if you get cold easily. Appliances all easy to ise and in great shape. Lived the pool and tiki bar atmosphere, however, the food was not good. Check in process was a bit clunky - the email telling me how was from an unknown person, sending it straight to a spam folder. Thank goodness I caught someone at the office, otherwise I would have had no clue how to "check-in". Welcome email should definitely include more details. Overall it was very nice and we will be back!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. The only issue I had was with the noise from the Tiki bar having live music every day from 11am to 10pm. Granted I was not there for vacation, here for work, so the noise was more disruptive than enjoyable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived for check in at 3:55pm. Check in was 4:00 so we were 5 minutes early...the cleaning person was still in the room. We left and came back 45 minutes later to find the room FILTHY. There was sand and dirt all over the floor. You could still see the footprints from the previous tenant in the flooring. The bedspread didn't fit the bed and it was covered in stains as were the sheets. I do not think they changed the bedding, they didn't sweep or mop the floors. The entire condo looked run down. The washer and dryer closet stinks when you open it up. Very Very Disappointed. I actually stayed in this unit 2 years ago and it was PERFECT then, however it was privately owned now it is managed by the Purple Parrot and is far from perfect condition. I would not rent again. I do know that they are still working on this Resort to get everything repaired after the Hurricane damage, but believe they opened to early. There were 40 people staying in the resort from our group and all of them had issues with their units being ready to rent. The grounds at Purple Parrot need to be cleaned and repaired as well. I think they are doing themselves a disservice by being opened before all the damage and repairs were fixed. This is my 3rd year staying there and sad to say I probably will not come back.

This property was perfect for our girls weekend! It was in the perfect location with a Tiki Bar 20 ft away that had great food, drinks, and night life! The pool was amazing... We could have stayed in the resort the entire weekend, I practically had to drag my friends to the beach. Awesome experience. Easy check in, clean, and close to everything!
