-最大のテラスの1つで、夜のカクテルや、日中に釣った魚のグリルをお楽しみください。  
暑さから休憩したい場合は、すべての部屋にフラットスクリーンテレビがあります。  
キッチンには調理用の設備が整っています。水/氷ディスペンサーを備えたサイドバイサイド冷蔵庫を含む食事。
個人のコンシェルジュが夕食の予約を手配するか、食料品の買い物をしましょう（ショッピングと食料品の追加料金）。
マスターベッドルームのクローゼットと貴重品用のゲストスイートの壁に金庫があります。 
すべてのヴィラに洗濯機/乾燥機/洗濯槽があります。

An amazing view from condo. Very large and well stocked. Both bedrooms had patio doors out to deck All staff were excellent and helpful. We experienced a hurricane during our stay, and staff really jumped in to help guests.

Great option!

Great condo - well appointed. We saw many other units at this property, this one is our favorite. It is bright, updated furnishings, beautiful view and away from the noise. The large deck is lovely - it always has some sun and some shade and it us protected from the breeze. Our friends that stayed in other units on higher floors in the side buildings said it was too cold to sit on their deck at times because the breeze felt too windy.

What a lovely villa. Super clean and well equipped. Ideal location with center view of sea. Villa perfect for our Christmas stay for family of 4. I highly recommend. Super communication and coordination of stay before and during visit. Just book it!! It's so worth it.

It was a girls get away with my daughter and family friends. The home was beautiful, comfortable and easy to get to and from. Our concierge Johana made our trip over the top!!

The perfect vacation

This was simply one of the best vacations my family has ever had. The villa was so beautiful, clean, had the perfect view and just felt "homey." I truly hope we are able to stay in this exact place again some day!

Absolutely amazing stay, beautiful property, fantastic service

We truly can't say enough good things about our stay here. The property is stunning. The view cannot be beat. Everything was clean and well stocked. Very comfortable. Our teenage boys loved their experience. The staff at the resort is incredible. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Villa La Estancia

This is our favorite property to stay in and the room was perfect. Everything was in working order. The room set up was fabulous and the location and view were superb. Our only issue was the settings on the stove had worn off and we couldn't see what we were setting the burners at - high-medium-low. I emailed the property manager for help but didn't receive a response. Other than that communication and everything else was great.

Great spot to get away

My family had an amazing time here. The condo is more impressive in person and the balcony is the perfect place to unwind and get out of the sun. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you could want and it was nice to be able to grill with a view. You can walk into town but grabbing a quick taxi is easy too. We’re already planning to come back!

Feb 3-10, 2024

Check-in process was quick and easy. We arrived at the room and Johana met us with fresh guacamole/pico de gallo and margaritas. Everything in the 2 BR / 3 Bath suite was expected, including the spacious balcony with amazing views of Lands End. The only issue we had was that the ice maker in the full size refrigerator was not working when we arrived, but bagged ice was provided until it was fixed after a few days. The pool in VLE was heated to 89' which was very comfortable. Added bonus was tracking all the cruise ships that were coming and going and being able to avoid the crowds in town. It was easy to utilize Uber for getting around ... most rides were under $10.

Amazing Resort

Beautiful Resort

We enjoyed our stay at Villa La Estancia. Beautiful views and very comfortable setup. The entire property is well maintained with the convience of several restuarants pools to access between the 3 locations. Also loved just relaxing on the large balcony with the sound of the oceans and gorgeous view. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Cabo.

My family had a great spring break getaway. The condo fit our family of 5 perfectly. The resort views are magnificent. The proximity to downtown and the marina are ideal. We hope to be back soon.

Great vacation!

The villa was beautiful and very clean. All the ameneties made our stay so convenient. It was a fantastic place to stay for my wife and me with plenty of space for our kids, ages 18 and 20. The beach and pools were well-kept and the view was beautiful––with the exception of some cruise ships blocking our view of Los Arcos on some days. It was easy to get a taxi to town, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa and resort!

- Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share. 

 - All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.

 - Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.

 - Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.

 - Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.

 - Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.

 - There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 

 - There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.

 - Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  

 - Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.

 - Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.

 - Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas. 

 - Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.

 - All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area.  

 - Master suites have Jacuzzi tubs.

 - All villas have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex & TP.
