Beautiful unit and property. Large space for a family to spread out while still having resort style amenities. Pictures are totally accurate including the great view. Well located on the nicest beach with easy 10 taxi to downtown and water taxis to the Arch just a short walk down the beachfront.

Villa La Estancia is a beautiful property with two sister properties on either side. We really like this villa with a large balcony and sea views from all three of the rooms. The concierge that comes with the villa was easy to contact and greeted us at the villa with chips, guacamole and pico de gallo. We had more than enough space for a family of three. We did do the full board option (with a discount from Jane) for he first three days which was great as Villa La Estancia guests can also book the restaurants at the sister properties (but not the pools). We had fun checking out the restaurants at the other resorts and watching the shows at Villa De Palma (Bella California has great views for breakfast). La Parilla is great for lunch and La Casona has good breakfast and dinner at Villa La Estancia. I would not hesitate to book again at Villa La Estancia.

The perfect vacation

This was simply one of the best vacations my family has ever had. The villa was so beautiful, clean, had the perfect view and just felt "homey." I truly hope we are able to stay in this exact place again some day!

An amazing view from condo. Very large and well stocked. Both bedrooms had patio doors out to deck All staff were excellent and helpful. We experienced a hurricane during our stay, and staff really jumped in to help guests.

Beautiful Resort

We enjoyed our stay at Villa La Estancia. Beautiful views and very comfortable setup. The entire property is well maintained with the convience of several restuarants pools to access between the 3 locations. Also loved just relaxing on the large balcony with the sound of the oceans and gorgeous view. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Cabo.
