This was the perfect stay for our spring break vacation with our two teen daughters. We loved our unit, proximity to the pool and medano beach. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Having a concierge was wonderful and we so appreciated the welcome platter of chips, salsa and guacamole after our trip from the states.

Perfect location, beautiful and well-maintained property!

We enjoyed everything at Villa Estancia and wished we had stayed a couple more days. The staff and all the restaurants were also great. Aside from the high prices across the board in Cabo, this was nearly perfect.

It was nice - great views very spacious, some cleanliness issues.Overall nice large place with fantastic deck and ocean views. Not quite as clean as hoped - housekeeper only showed up one day even though we requested daily service. Found loose hair in almost every towel in house. 2nd shower had obvious mold on ceiling. Beds decently comfortable, a/c strong. Actual resort has nice pool and hot tubs - ok gym that gets very busy in mornings (not enough open space and no spin bikes), insanely expensive prices on property. Sundry shop charges about 20 for a small pack of crackers. Best way to make this work is absolutely stop at Walmart or Costco for food needs. On site restaurants just crazy expensive - breakfast buffet 50, dinner will run 80 pp before alcohol.Otherwise good location - short walk to downtown, swimmable beach.

This is an amazing property! It looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Check-in was so smooth and Oscar had filled up our pantry and fridge with requested items and had chips with homemade salsa and guac waiting for us upon arrival. The views from the balcony were perfection. The resort is great with all of the amenities you could ask for. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic view of lands end!

Great! Loved the welcome the room, the room setup and facilities and the resort.Construction next door was unexpected and noisy and was closeby starting at 8am and through to the night but that was the only complaint.

July Vacation

It was another great trip to Cabo and staying at Villa Estancia is great for families. The resort is always clean and feels safe. The restaurants have fallen off a bit but with the dining options in Cabo only being 10 minutes in a taxi and 15 dollars each way take away any doubt about returning several times a year. Weather was perfect this trip and our host was gracious. He provided some welcome chips and for fresh guacamole upon our arrival with his local representative Oscar whose wife made the dishes. I would certainly recommend this resort and suite for future stays.

Great getaway

Joanna was so helpful and really added to our trip. The place we stayed in was so nice that we really didn't ever leave. The patio was the best to sit out on and relax. I would for sure come back to this place, especially if I had lovely Joanna's assistance again. Thanks for making this such a great getaway.

Perfect vacation in Cabo

Family of 5 stayed for SB2024. Beautiful place. Amazing ocean view. La estancia met all our expectations. The condo had all amenities. Host responsive to questions and helpful in planning transportation and excursions. Our first time to Cabo San Lucas. We will definitely be back to this place.

Best welcome ever!

Our host, Oscar, was fantastic. We arrived to home-made Guac, salsa and Margaritas! Views were awesome, and the service was fantastic. A wonderfuly experience at a reasonable price. Oscar was there to see us off and ensure everything went well.

Perfect all around

The property is in a great location. Just outside of the craziness of downtown Cabo. We took a slow walk on the beach and was at the harbor in a half hour. The unit location was perfect as well. Huge rooms, bathrooms, and balcony the connected to each room. The view was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is where I will stay when I return to Cabo.

Great property, great location

Walking distance from downtown Cabo, a short drive to other places of note. A beautiful view of the ocean & the cape. Gym on-site, restaurants on-site. Two sister resorts whose restaurants & spa we could visit. A convenience store on the property. Air conditioning, a beautiful living area, kitchen and rooms. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better way to spend our honeymoon.

Nice but needs some love

The location and proximity to the pool and beach are nice. The resort has good food options onsite and lots to do very near. The condo itself needs a little updating, a fresh coat of paint, new furnishings, etc. It is not horrible but could use some TLC and investment into the property.
