Remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home, very nice , all new furniture. This unit is much nicer than, and a forth the price of a motel room in Moab. The North Canyon House was a very comfortable stay, plenty of room. In a very quiet, peaceful country setting for sure, away from the hustle of Moab, but still only a short drive from Arches and Canyonlands.

The directions were very clear with where to go and easy to find! About an hour from canyonlands national park and 30 minutes from arches national park and 40 minutes from Moab which was perfect! Good price for the location!

I am part of the 50% of the population that dislikes heavy traffic and crowds. Our 14 rental house are 35 minutes from Downtown Moab, which is a huge plus for me and about50% of the population. For the other half o the general population, its a negative WE ARE 35 MINUTES NORTH OF MOAB ON I-70 EXIT 187

Very convenient to I-70 and on your way to Arches National Park and Moab. the view of the Book Cliffs is the best of any property in Grand County. All 14 of our rental houses are a half the price of a motel room in Moab and twice as nice
