Centrally Located Home for Derby/Breeders Cup

Recently renovated home in the Highlands close to airport, Churchill Downs and downtown. The best restaurants, bars and nightlife are within minutes of the property. Bedrooms include 1 queen in the master with a soaking tub and separate shower, 2nd and third bedrooms are full size beds. An additional futon is available in the game room/basement if needed. Plenty of room to sit outside under covered porch. Additional dates either before or after advertised dates available also.

Outstanding HQ for Derby weekend.

Ted's property was perfect for our group of 8 during the Derby. The house is very spacious with lots of room to hang out socially while also having enough room for everyone to have their own space as well. The outdoor space and seating was a huge bonus too. The neighbourhood is gorgeous and very close to Bardstown road. Ted was an extremely welcoming host who took time to make recommendations for places we wanted to visit, eat and drink. Would definitely recommend staying here for the Derby or any other visit to Louisville!
