It is just 5 minutes away from main supermarket, gas station, bank, restaurants and 6 minutes from Airport.

The only inconvenience with guest was after a power outage for one hour or so, the AC in Master Bedroom took a while to turn back on. Power outage is out of our control.

We visited the island for vacation in 2017, and we fall in love with the island, the people, beaches, mountains and specially with Roatan 1 development with high standards. We found out that is a great place to invest and prepare for the future. The property is brand new.
