Summer beach trip

This was an extremely nice property in a great location. Bigger than it looks in the pictures, especially master bedroom. Great location, clean, and the perfect getaway for friends of family.

Soccer tournament

Would definitely recommend this place, great location. Restaurants and shopping all nearby. Place was bigger than expected inside with two nice balconies overlooking pool and nice view of the bay. 3 full baths were also nice with 4 teenagers, kids had a blast.

Amazing weekend away in OCMD!

This property is amazing! We were worried that it may be a little small (there were 8 of us) but when we arrived it was spacious and fit all of us comfortably! The apartment itself is beautiful and it is located in the best area if you’re looking to go to Seacrets and the other local bars. The pool, balcony, and sunroof were also a major plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

My friends and I stayed at Erika’s condo for a quick weekend getaway. It was absolutely wonderful. Erika provided helpful information prior to our arrival that allowed us to have a smooth check in and know what to bring for our stay. The place was even better than the pictures and the location was so convenient to everything! The beach, restaurants and boardwalk are all either walkable or quick drive down the Main Street. I would absolutely stay there again if I find myself in the area.

Big place, Amazing location!

Totally loved this stay and its location was spot-on! Just a heads up though, bring your own towels, TP, and cleaning stuff. Oh, and grab some bathroom mats too, unless you fancy a slippery dance like I did! Also, kinda bummed about paying cleaning fee and still having to tidy up before leaving. But hey, apart from that, it was an awesome stay!

Overall a great stay with a great location, would stay here again.

This house was overall a great stay for 10 people. It was in a great location, checkin was super easy and the communication with the host was 10/10. About a week before check in we were sent check in instructions. The only thing I would say is that they did not provide towels or paper products and it’s really easy to forget things like bath mats and face cloths. Regardless, still a great stay. Also some of the blinds were broken when we arrived but it did not effect our sleeping.

Host will provide all security codes & wifi info about a week before your trip. Host responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Parking is under the condo. Low ceiling when you enter the parking garage so if you have roof bag on your vehicle it may have to be removed before you enter the garage. Condo was clean, spacious, well kept & in a great location. There was plenty of room in the condo & having 3 bathrooms was great! Bedrooms were a nice size & master bedroom upstairs is huge. Easy walk to beach, restaurants & bars ( Dunkin, Fagers Island, Seacrests, Bad Monkey & Mackey's next door). Beach is an easy walk but if you have a lot to bring to beach i recommend a beach caddy. No oven mitts, dish towel, bath mat, bath or beach towels, beach chairs or toiletries provided so bring your own. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything in the condo was good! Recommend bring your own pots, pans, oven mitts, kitchen towels, sponges, dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels. Extra coffee mugs if more than 4 adults. Location is amazing and beach access is right there from your door step. Housekeeping could have done a better job if given more time to clean throughly a day or two before the next check-in.

Great location

The location of this property cannot be beat. The pictures in the listing are not recent. There have been changes to the front bedroom and kitchen. The property was not clean overall. I was wearing a dress and walked past a door vent and there was dust all over my dress. It appeared cleaners had cleaned the property prior to our arrival, just doesn’t seem like they do deep cleanings often.

Loved this place!

Great location and very spacious. This was a family vacation with 3 adults , 2 teenage girls , 7 and 8yr old so the 3 bathrooms were great! Short walk across the street to the ocean which was nice and not as busy as down by the boardwalk. The bus stop is right outside and not too far of a ride too the boardwalk. Would definitely stay there again. Only downside is I felt the bathtubs were dirty and the shower curtain was way too long. And don't forget bath towels, hand towels, toilet paper, paper towels. We didn't get the check in email til we were already there and in it it had said about needing to bring them.

Nice place but dirty

Although the place was nice, it wasn’t cleaned before we got there. There was hair on the bathroom floor. There was a chair in the living room that was so filthy that we had to put a blanket over it.

Wonderful location

This place is very spacious and in the most perfect location. You are so close to everything which makes trips to the beach easy and nights on the town fun. It’s a lovely place I would stay here again.
