Enjoy this 'Home Away From Home' with your family. Second floor end unit 205 on 44th Street with Ocean and Bay views. Updated each off-season: kitchen appliances - new 2021, granite counter tops, cabinets, tile floors, carpet, washer and dryer and bathrooms. New mattresses in 2022. New sofa with reclining seats added in 2022. New carpeting 2019. Linens are NOT provided. Building has an elevator for easy access. There is a large indoor pool open from May to October which was updated 2019.
Master bedroom with a king bed opens to a large balcony with an ocean view. Bathroom in master and second bathroom In main hallway. Second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Third bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. All 3 bedrooms have TV's and the large family room has a TV/VCR/DVD.
There are 2 assigned parking spaces and a storage locker for your beach gear.
Watch the sun rise and set from your private balcony. The perfect place to enjoy the Beach!!
Renting to responsible seniors at a different rate than families with security deposit and parental signatures.

Great location!

Unit was exactly as described amd very clean. It was a good size for our 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids. It is very close to the beach, so walking to and from a few times a day was not an issue. Owner was very quick to respond to every question and was very helpful.

Great short walk to the beach and a partial view of the ocean

Very comfy place with plenty of room and very close to the beach you can sit on the balcony and people watch or look at the ocean. Nice pool kids loved it open from 10am till 8pm

Condo looks just like the photos, very clean and updated unit. 6 adults had plenty of space. Great location with nearby restaurants and attractions and also a block to the beach. Having both ocean and bay views on deck was a great feature. Beds were comfy too. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo!

Great beach within easy walking distance, indoor pool right down the hall. Condo was very clean and spacious. Whole family had a fun vacation, lots of attractions within walking distance. Boardwalk was so a short easy drive. Would definitely rent this place again!

Beautiful house and location was perfect

The house is exactly as listed. We were there for a dance competition at the convention center so the location was perfect. The beach is just steps away and tons to do close by. We’d definitely stay again and recommend. You can tell they take great care of their place and he is easy to reach if needed.

Weekend Trip for Competition

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! We came into town for a cheer competition at the convention center. There were 4 adults and 3 kids and the space fit us perfectly! We were within walking distance to the convention center, the beach and a ton of places for restaurants or shopping.

Great condo and location, minor inconveniences

The condo itself was generally quite nice, and the location was in a fantastic spot. However, some of the beds still had sand and crumbs from the previous guests. They also do not provide soap and toilet paper, which is not listed in the description, and was a bit of an inconvenience. The couch, kitchen, appliances, and everything else was great otherwise.

Can't Recommend Enough

We had an awesome time at Mark's place in Ocean City Maryland. It accomated our large group comfortably and at an extremely affordable price. Mark was readily available for any questions we had and everything was as advertised. We will be staying with Mark again on future OCMD trips. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay!

We were 3 moms and 4 kids attending a cheer competition at the convention center down the street and this was the perfect spot for us. The place was clean and cozy and was stocked with appliances, cutlery, dishes, etc as well as cleaning supplies. The beds were comfortable (make sure you bring linens, including pillowcases, and towels!!) It was pretty quiet. You could hear some traffic from the front bedroom but it wasn't to bad. There is a fantastic large balcony and it's a super quick walk to the beach, convention center, and restaurants. There is plenty to do around here and we would love to stay here again. All the kids are already asking to go back! The owners were great to deal with. They were accommodating and quick to respond to messages.

Great choice!

This condo is just at listed, there were no "surprises". Mark was wonderful to work with and a very quick responder. This was a family vacation with 4 adults, 3 teens, and 1 younger child. There was plenty of room for everyone. Great location overall. Adults enjoyed that it was a distance from the boardwalk because it was quieter with less activity-the teens however wished it was much closer as they wanted to be on the boardwalk every day and would have liked to walk there instead of depending on us to drive them there. Because the unit is right on Coastal highway, it was much louder with the street noise, but only in the one bedroom on that side and when out on the balcony. When we were in the main house, it wasn't noticed to much. We went grocery shopping after our arrival at the Walmart (20 min away) and stocked the kitchen to do all the meals there instead of wasting money on restaurants all the time. The kitchen was excellent for this! Fully stocked with almost everything I would use to cook at home. The only things I found missing that would have been helpful for us were a cutting board, crockpot, and more containers for leftovers...all of which I can easily pack and bring with us next time. All in all, this was a great place to stay in OC and we will definitely come back here when we visit again!

Overall great, but a few hiccups

Overall it was nice however there were a few issues. The doorknob to the screen door kept coming off on our hands, the knob for the shower came off when we tried to turn on the master shower and there were no batteries in the smoke detector (which he did come and add). We also had to print off our parking passes...we don't have a printer so we had to run to Staples (every other place we stayed at they were on the kitchen counter for us) and he required more cleaning from us then at checkout any other place I've ever stayed. For the price we paid I would expect everything to be in proper working order and I would expect less work on our end while we are on vacation.

We loved it so much room and spotless!

Let me start by saying I booked this vacation as a graduation gift for my son and 9 of his friends. You can walk to the beach and bay . The best plus it's right on the main strip where the bus runs up and down all day and night which was great for the teen boys they had freedom without worries of them driving and it was only 3 dollars to take the bus and you got to ride it for the whole day! They love the taco joint on the corner they must have had tacos every day. They condo was very roomy and it comforted all 13 of us perfectly. My sister is in a wheelchair and she had plenty of room with all of us there.i cannot Express how perfect this condo was and how the boys are planning on a yearly trip together at this place! Owners answered quickly when needed to ask questions! If you have a large family book it! And if you have teens and dont want to drive them around and give them their own freedom it's in a great location and you will not be disappointed. I plan on renting again! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful condo!

Beautiful Condo and great location

I recently stayed at this beautiful condo for a weekend with 6 of my girlfriends. Upon arrival into the condo we were blown away, the pictures do not do this place justice! It is very spacious and very well kept! Owners are very responsive to messages and very accommodating. The location is great in Midtown OCMD, just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and Seacrets. Not really an issue but something to keep in mind for families, the bedroom with the double bottom bunk bed is on Coastal Highway, there is some outside noise in the late evening as this is the main strip in town. Only other suggestion I have to the owners is to do keyless entry or replace the door knob as it stuck a little when locking and unlocking the door. Also, labeling the keys in the condo would be helpful to know which key was for the pool, locker, etc(took a few tries to figure it out). These are minor things in an otherwise fantastic condo, highly recommend for families or a group of friends!
