Recently Remodeled.
Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, dolphins and manatee from your very own patio right on Lemon Bay in Manasota Key. In the evening take in a gorgeous sunset on the beach. The beach is located directly across the street from our condo with its own private beach and access. Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, shark toothing, dining, golf and much more.

Spacious 800+ sq. ft. condo with sliding glass doors, full view, directly on Lemon Bay. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with large vanity and built in shower, full kitchen with built in appliances, pantry, breakfast bar and kitchen table. Large living room with big screen tv, reclining sofa, multi-function reclining chair with heat, 3 massage settings and more. Built in washer & dryer inside condo for your convenience. Queen bed in master bedroom and two (2) twin beds in guest room that can easily be converted to a King.

Wireless internet, cable, 2 TV’s, board games, beach chairs, cooler on wheels, beach towels, covered free parking, pool, grills and (5) free boat docks available on request at reservation.

New construction, finished in 2015. Suitable for anyone including the elderly and handicap. We are Wheelchair accessible with handicap parking in front of condo.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We really enjoyed the view of the bay. We saw lots of birds and a few dolphins. The condo had everything we needed. It is not far from the beach and everything is new and clean.

Great Location

We had a great vacation right on the water. The condo had everything we needed and the pool was nice and clean. We rented a boat and we had a slip right in front of the condo that was very nice and convenient. We were walking distance from several places with good food and music. We will go back here again

In the past, we had always stayed at my in laws right on the ocean in fort Myers beach so we really expected to miss the view. We were pleasantly surprised because we loved the Lemon Bay view! The walk to the beach was very easy too! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Bay View

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the condo had all the amenities you could ask for. The heated shared pool was a nice size to accommodate multiple guests without crowding. Watching the dolphins swim in the bay was a wonderful bonus. The best part was watching the sun rise across the bay from the patio. Geri and Bill were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place!

Clean condo. Owners were friendly and prompt with their responses. The view was AMAZING to watch the sunrise each morning over the bay. Short walk to the beach. Pool in very close proximity. Lots of nice amenities (pool chairs, kitchen items, etc..) to make our stay perfect. Kid friendly. We will definitely be back!’

Sunrise sanctuary

I am an early riser and loved having my coffee outside watching the sunrise over Lemon Bay. One afternoon we watched dolphins playing, which was delightful. The unit is well equipped and very comfortable. We had a wonderful dinner next door at Magnolias, and enjoyed our easy walks to the Sand Bar restaurant and the White Elephant Pub (with fun karaoke!). We also enjoyed hiking down to Stump’s Pass nature preserve. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool which was just steps away from our unit. Wonderful!

Christmas to New Year's

The place is very nice. There were many things in the kitchen which was great! Most times there is just four of everything, but not this place. The pool was very nice. It could use some cleaning maintenance, but that is not the owner's responsibility. They did communicate with us and the property managers when we brought this concern to them. Plenty of room for all of to relax. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful bayside condo

Very nice condo. Enjoyed having furniture that reclined instead of the usual cheap pieces in condos. Condo had everything that is needed for a comfortable stay, it even had beach chairs, cooler, etc. for use at the beach. Owner was great to work with and very quick to reply. Walk to wonderful restaurants with live music starting at lunch. Quick beach access (100 yards) straight across the street The owner is great to work with and very quick to reply. Thanks Geri, we look forward to our next stay, just without the red tide.

Relaxing by the water

Awesome home on the waterway to enjoy the sunrise and watch for birds, fish jumping and dolphins swimming by. After enjoying this, head on over across the street to enjoy the gulf waters and hunt for shark teeth in the sand. Home has supplied comfortable beach chairs, too. Enjoy the sunset while drinking whatever you enjoy at one of the neighborhood restaurants. What not to enjoy? Home is very comfortable. Spacious and clean. I highly recommend this home I would go back again.

Beautiful Place!

The house was extremely clean and beds were quite comfortable. All the amenities were present and worked great. Full size refrigerator, washer and dryer. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Reclining couches were amazing and made me want to go home and buy the same. House is handicapped equipt with with a handicap parking space right outside the front door which made it real easy for me to bring my elderly mother over for a visit. Beautiful view of the bay and short walk across the steeet to the ocean. Walking distance to restaurants too. Lovely place, would definitely stay again!!

Exceptional Experience

We felt very fortunate to be able to experience this condo.It was totally renovated and everything was brand new. Extremely comfortable including the power couch and the massage easy chair. All appliances operated well. It was clear that the owners and association took pride in the grounds, heated pool, and parking garage. The owners were very responsive. Access to the private beach on the gulf bay was easy, just cross the road, which was not busy. We would enjoy the many sunsets on the beach. Right outside our sliding door was the inter coastal waters where we spent many mornings watching the sun rise and the many types of water birds interact. We would occasionally enjoy seeing the dolphins as well. We fished from the 3 docks with some success. The several restaurants on the key were in easy walking distance, approximately 1/3 of a mile. Free shuttle service is provided by Stumpy should you decide to ride to the bars.Highly recommended and most enjoyable.

Perfect week away

This property was great for the two of us. It had tons of amenities with everything needed for the beach and pool provided. Pool noodles, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler with wheels were really appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked also. The pool is a nice size and wasn’t very busy. The beach was nice as well. Lots of space and not too crowded until the weekend. The sound of the A//C units outside the bedroom was kind of loud but we utilize a white noise app so not a big issue. Otherwise the unit is quiet with no one above you. Best part by far is location and view of the bay. We’ve stayed at the complex twice now and it’s more geared to fishermen with the docks out on the bay for your boat. I fished off the dock and caught snook, snapper, ladyfish, sheepshead, catfish, jack, and trout. And we saw multiple manatees and dolphins daily. It was a great trip and the property met our wants and needs perfectly. Owners were great to work with.

Fantastic property in little known hideaway

Little bit of pressure writing the first review. As far as the property and the owners, we have nothing but good things to say. Manasota Key is a fantastic place and this property provides excellent access (a few feet) to boat dock and walking access (a few hundred feet) to the beach. We literally saw a manatee at the boat dock within 5 minutes of arriving. I would advise anyone considering going to the southwest Florida coast to monitor the red tide situation. While we were there, the red tide was terrible. So before you decide where to vacation, check the red tide report. If it looks good, definitely consider this property. My wife and mother-in-law were still able to look for sharks teeth and overall we still had a great time. All of the contact that we had with the owners was pleasant, helpful, and timely.

Spectacular! Hosts were responsive and the photos accurately depicted the property. Ultra clean and modern, many essentials provided, including beach towels and beach chairs. TV and internet was excellent. The heated pool was crystal clear.Spent many hours watching the inter coastal waterway and enjoying the marine wildlife right in front of our sliding glass door; dolphins, pelicans, egrets , herons, eagles, and ospreys. Also, we enjoyed every sunrise from our patio. The beach on the bay was only a 200 yard walk, across the two lane road, with memorable sunsets.All of the beach bars and restaurants were in easy walking distance.

A lovely condo with a beautiful view of the bay

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for 4 nights after cruising round the Caribbean and it was the perfect spot to relax. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. It is clean and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The beach is just across the road and is perfect to look for shells and sharks teeth if you have young children. There is also a pool which we used early evening when it wasn't as hot. There are a few shops within walking distance and some restaurants. We had our desserts at Lock N Key one evening which I highly recommend. There is a massive Walmart about 15 mins away. We drove to the beach on Boca Grande (30 mins away) one day which is absolutely stunning. There is everything at the condo for the beach too: parasol, chairs, a net to look for shells, beach towels... The owners reply quickly to any communication and are very friendly. We wouldn't hesitate staying there again.
