Your private casa has been remodeled from top to bottom and is completely turn-key. A fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire your inner chef, with everything you need to cook a delicious meal.


Enjoy sunrise and a cup of coffee on your private palapa, where you will see and hear a variety of local wildlife. Howler monkeys, variegated squirrels, green parrots and iguanas are frequent visitors to the property.

Jamie and I fell in love with Mar Mirada for it's amazing 280° poolside views of Tamarindo Bay. Located high on a hill, we have some incredible mountain and valley views too.
Amazing sunsets and sunrises over the Pacific Ocean.
