The property also sits right where the beach meets the estuary at the edge of the national park, so when you step out you’re directly on the beach. On one side is the protected estuary and national park, and on the other is Tamarindo Beach. It’s a very unique setting and truly the only place in Tamarindo where the estuary, national park, and beach meet, which is part of what makes it so peaceful and beautiful. Being in such a central location also means guests can easily walk to the beach, town, restaurants, and shops. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenience and would love to host you again anytime.

Thank you for your feedback & for your kind words about the check-in. Our home is located in a rare coastal position, bordered by a natural estuary & within easy walking distance to the main beach. This setting provides access to both estuary & ocean environments within a protected natural area. Estuaries are not a swimming area. This is standard throughout coastal CR, where estuaries are a natural part of beach ecosystems, & it is not advertised for swimming. Guests enjoy swimming in the ocean, which is a short walk away or relaxing in the home’s private pool and rancho. As noted in our listing, the home is set off the main road in a vibrant beach town. Some street noise can be expected due to the central location. Unlike properties in the town center, which can experience higher levels of nightlife & late-night party activity, this location offers a more balanced setting while still being close to town. Cleanliness & comfort are priorities. The home is professionally cleaned before each stay, & we remain available to address any concerns. In this case, no concerns were raised during the stay, which limited our ability to respond in real time. As is standard in CR beach towns, properties operate on septic systems, & it is common practice not to flush TP. Following checkout, we responded promptly & provided a partial refund as goodwill. We’re proud that most guests have had positive experiences & remain committed to maintaining a well-managed home in this unique location!
