My wife, daughter, and I were in town for a short stay to see one of our favorite bands. The property hosts were top notch. Their communication was awesome from check in to check out! The property was exactly as posted! Very clean, beds were very comfortable, and once again, the hosts were on their game. We will not hesitate to stay again the next time we are in Nashville!

The house was fantastic! Only thing we didn’t realize is how close it is to a really busy street which you can hear in some of the bedrooms.

The communication with Dale was awesome!…….he and Tonya are great hosts. The home was immaculate, well furnished and in a great location. The beds were super comfy which is always a plus. One evening we cooked in the spacious and well stocked kitchen and gathered around the large, round dining room table for a nice family dinner. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts thought of everything. There were two pack n plays for our granddaughters, a highchair, and a terrific selection of toys. We sat on the porch and relaxed in the evenings. The house was spotless and the beds were so comfy. We will be back and i highly recommend this house.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The experience started off great with the host answering any questions quickly and far exceeding expectations. The property itself was so perfect for our family. It's an old house that has been maintained wonderfully without losing the charm. The furniture is all very high quality, much higher than we've experienced in other rentals. There were also a lot of really great personal touches throughout. The location is great, just a short drive to Centennial Park, the zoo, and downtown Nashville. We would absolutely stay again!

This was the best house that we’ve ever stayed at in Nashville. It was so comfortable and beautiful. They’ve thought of everything in the house even down to extra throw blanket for everyone to use sitting on the couch or for us to sit outside on the beautiful front porch at night. We loved staying here so much. Check in was super easy and the owners were always helpful and quick to reply. The beds were amazing. We all slept so good. Definitely we will be back here to stay next time in Nashville.

Celebrated Christmas in Nashville. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful Christmas dinner at the large dining table. With kids as young as 6 months old, I especially appreciated the baby gear including pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and baby bath so we didn’t have to worry about packing these things. Overall wonderful stay!

Great House with Great Location

Perfect House for a trip to Vanderbilt University of Downtown Nashville. House is extremely clean and up to date. Great amenities and location. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!!

We were there for a baseball tournament and the house was in a great location for us. Not right downtown Nashville which was nice, but not a far drive at all from broadway. Walking distance to parks and coffee.

This property was very well stocked and prepared for all to enjoy. The beds were comfortable. We loved the upstairs giant room and front porches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our daughters Belmont graduation. Owners were very responsive and so with willing to please and help and accommodate.

Vandy Graduation Trip

Family of 10, mostly adults, stayed for our daughter’s Vanderbilt graduation. Great location. Walking distance to coffee and Vandy. Ample parking. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!
