About this property

Like home, only better! Gated property!

We purchased this condo in April 2018 and over the years we have added many updates to make your stay feel more like home! Upon entering the property you will notice it’s a gated property! When you walk in the condo you will be greeted with a 55 inch smart tv, electric fireplace, sleeper sofa, and two chairs so that no one in your family feels left out. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all open and can be enjoyed by all no matter if you are cooking, watching tv, or just relaxing. The master bedroom features a Vera Wang king size bed with an on suite bathroom and jetted tub. The guest bedroom features 2 new 10 inch memory foam queen size beds and a 40 inch smart tv (for when the kids want to watch their own shows and not what the grownups are watching). The second bathroom has a full bath and shower with ample storage in the walk in closet.
Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee, drinks, or grilling burgers, the deck offers a gas grill and tranquil sounds of water and nature on Table Rock Lake. The property offers a park like setting with pool and private boat ramp and bank fishing.
With this condo you could spend the day in Branson at Silver Dollar City, in Springfield at Bass Pro Shops, or Lampey at Dogwood Canyon and come "home" to relax. For those who cannot disconnect, we offer full WIFI. Please note there are 18 stairs to get in and out of condo.
High quality toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, All Free and Clear laundry detergent, and dishwashing soap are provided.
**Our cleaning company has had additional training provided by the CDC for Covid-19, and we are taking every step possible to ensure a clean and safe environment while you stay in our condo!!**

The room was clean and very comfortable. The facilities weren't the most convenient for a bass boat but were okay for the time we were there since it wasn't too busy. If there were more electrical hookups or even boat slips it would be much better for boats. The boat ramp was good and the lake is beautiful. Overall a great stay.

Lake Vacation

My friends and I took a nice long weekend trip to Table Rock Lake and we had the best time! The location of the condo was wonderful and we loved everything it had to offer! The communication with Donna and Travis was great and we loved that you could see a little bit of the lake from the condo! We will be back in the future!

We are Travis and Donna Young from central Arkansas. Our journey started in 2009 when we were married in Branson, MO, on the Princess Yacht on Lake Taneycomo. We grew up in Arkansas, but have always enjoyed our trips to Branson. We have 2 children ages 19 and 11. We purchased this condo in April 2018 to enjoy family time and make memories. Now, we have the opportunity to enjoy our condo and share it with you.

Why they chose this property

One of the things we really liked about this property is the safety. With it being off the beaten path, security shack at the front entrance, and workers always on site, we just felt it was one of the most secure places to bring our family for a safe and good time.

What makes this property unique

The reason we chose this property is because we have always loved the Branson area, but are also a lake family. The property gave us the closeness to Branson, but also put us right on the lake. We like to fish, swim, and just hang out on the boat-but the girls also like to shop!
