photos of the inside and outside can be seen below - there is a fully equipped kitchen with a semicircle counter & barstools - archways lead off to the bedroom with king size bed - the bathroom is situated in the rear of my car garage with a dividing wall, enlarged this summer adding an inside shower and tiled throughout, there is also an outside shower amongst the flowering plants - outside the kitchen is a spacious L-shaped couch and dining table with palo d'arco roofing which receives full morning sunshine - restaurants and stores are within easy walking either along the beach viewing the kiteboarding action on windy days - or along the road - our beach access road has 8 homes a few owners stay thro the winter season others just for short trips - quiet and very friendly - the beach is steps away as seen on the website for swimming walking and any water sport activity - exotikite school is located on the beachfront, just steps away within 'la playa's all day restaurant and bar complex, hills & mountains beyond offer great hiking and biking trails and beautiful sunsets - 2 kiteboarding schools are situated here with great professional staff....a hotel further down has a windsurf school - there are various activities available with local businesses - fly fishing sports fishing scuba diving snorkeling and a little further afield hot springs a water fun park & surfing - ATV rentals for exploring the back roads - with la paz to the north and san jose and cabo san lucas to the south larger tourist attractions abound - a scenic dirt road ride around the east cape has plenty to offer....as well as a lovely historical arts town on the west side of the cape..
