Perfect Location to ski Lifts
This condo slept our family of six. Bedrooms face the highway so it is a little noisy. Windows are single pane so each bedroom is a little on the cold side but with the help of a space heater in each room it made it nice and toasty. The main room has a pullout queen size bed, coffee table with games, cable TV, Gas fireplace and two reclining comfy chairs. Dinner table seats six comfotably. The unit has an oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, dish soap, utensils, towels, pots and pans, cups and glasses. The gas grill works great. Supermarket is a 10 minute drive away. You have one slot to park your car in the condo’s garage. There is a washer and dryer located in the garage. You can get quarters in the condo office. Office staff is A1!! Always so helpful. All in all i would recommend this place.
Good location and Nice View!!
The unit was everything we needed, easy walk to gondola, shopping, and food. The accommodations were as described and we had plenty of room for 5 adults. The on site property managers were fantastic, particularly Mo, always greeted us and offered help with anything.
It would be good to add wine glasses to the cupboard and a decent corkscrew.
Loved our stay in Lionshead! Easy access to everything. Quick response by the property owner to any questions we had. Will definitely stay again!
Great Location, close to everything, nice condo.
This condo was a very nice place to stay; good value for the money, comfortable, nice views a five minute (or less) walk to the lifts, shopping and restaurants. We never had to use our car while we were here. Would stay in this unit again.
On the positive side, the unit is a good location, comfortable, has a ski locker, there is ample space and the reclining chairs in the living room were nice after a day of skiing. On the flip side, the unit is run down and needs some attention. Specifically, the master bed is lumpy, many of the towels had holes, the carpet is worn and the heating very hard to properly control. The unit was also poorly equipped - not enough pans/glasses, no wine glasses, no real corkscrew and what was present was not in great shape. For example, the frying pan had been deformed to a rounded bottom which did not work well on the glass cooktop. Finally, the unit does not represent good value. A week later, I stayed 50 yards away in a three bedroom, beautiful Lionshead unit for considerably less money.
Thank you for the feedback. I will speak with the owner about the master bedroom mattress although I have had zero complaints. A firm mattress topper would probably be a good addition just in case. The carpet however is only a couple of years old and definitely has no holes so I hope this review is for this actual condo. Some items you references do not seem to apply. I also found no holes in the towels. There was one hot tub towel that was frayed on the end but definitely no holes in the bathroom towels. The condo is loaded with dishes, glassware, table mats and napkins. I will inspect the cookware to make sure the mid-shaped pan is located, removed and replaced. Finally the heaters in the living room are new this season and are easily controlled by the thermostat on the wall. The bedroom heaters are individually controlled but since there are no thermostats in the room it's usually easy to figure out. I will however find a way to inform future guests of all heating controls so this is not an issue. I'm always accessible with any questions as well anytime. As far as rates, they are extremely competitive--the week after that you got an inexpensive 3bd starting March 27th reflects the start of the late season pricing which is typically half or more off the spring break rates (ours works the same dropping to half of the spring break rate) so it does make sense you could score a lovely lionshead 3bd for so much less once Easter has passed but for spring break that would not be the case. And it's so much less crowded on the hill following Easter. Our rates for location and quality are typically lower than comparables in lionshead village for all rate periods.
