The apartment is located in a small modern residence, very well located (2km from the beach and 5 minutes by car from Albufeira or the Algarve shopping center). It is equipped with 2 swimming pools and 1 children's pool and a magnificent garden with palm trees and hundred-year-old olive trees.

The apartment consists of an equipped kitchen with small balcony on the countryside side, 2 spacious bedrooms (one with terrace), 2 bathrooms with WC, a large living room with direct access to the terrace with barbecue overlooking the swimming pools and view on the sea. The apartment is fully air conditioned with WiFi access.
The apartment is new, very functional, with modern and refined decoration.

Cozy and great location

The apartment had everything we needed and is close to Algarve shopping, beaches, Zoomarine (for kids ) and other places. The host (Fernando) and property manager (Manuela) are very kind and responsive. Thanks for everything, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this condo for about a week and it was amazing. We were greeted by Ms Manuela who is the condo manager and she quickly explained what as needed. With spacious rooms, and A/C in each bedroom and living room we definitely needed it to beat the heat wave during the week we were there. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils to make lunch or dinner, was perfect. Neighbours were quiet and friendly too. We definitely will stay here again should the opportunity arise. Thank you both for having us at your home.

Great summer vacation in a lovely apartment

We’ve just spent great 2,5weeks at the Algarve in Fernando’s nice apartment. We know the area quite well and always have a rental car - that’s definitely a must if you want to explore this beautiful place to the fullest. The apartment had everything we were looking for. It’s equipped with all the stuff we needed in our daily routines. I really have to point out the great communication with Fernando. He was always helpful, whether it was organizational issues with the booking or questions we had during our stay. Even when our kids broke one lamp, he was understanding and friendly. Reibungslos und perfekt und sehr sauber

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sauber und behaglich und liegt in einer gepflegten Anlage. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterseite war sehr angenehm. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Just magnifique

Très belle appartement, très bien situer tout est possible à pied plage 5 mn en voiture et merci à manuela pour l accueil. Il y a tout l équipement nécessaire pour être au mieux en famille . Just si je peux donner un petit conseil, changer le séchoir. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés. Merci à Mr do Santos à très vite .

Necessitávamos de um local perto da praia e que tivesse piscina e que ao mesmo tempo estivesse num local para relaxar e encontramos. Perfeito para famílias com bebes ou crianças ou amigos. Casa muito bem equipada e bonita e condomínio limpo e bem arranjado. Sr Rui e D. Manuela foram muito prestaveis. Uma experiência a repetir.

Très belle résidence et appartement

Appartement idéalement situé, proche de toutes commodités (supermarché, restaurants...) , plage à proximité très grande et très agréable. Résidence sécurisée avec 2 places de parking en sous-sol. Appartement moderne et très bien équipé. Je recommande et reviendrai les yeux fermés :)
