Recently built house on 1 hectare of land in the vineyards, backed the Luberon with view over the Sainte Victoire. Facing south. Very calm environment, no opposite. The house is not shared with any other tenant or owner. 2 levels. 4 large bedrooms. 2 terraces, one shaded. Large private pool.
Ground floor: large living room, dining room, kitchen overlooking terrace. 1 bedroom (1 double), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, 1 balcony with sofa, table.
Outside: 2 terraces shaded, pool with alarm and ecological water treatment by electrolysis (salt), garden and orchard garden with seasonal fruit and vegetables.

Idéal famille

Espace, fonctionnalités, accueil et emplacement très très bien. On se sent chez soi dès l’arrivée et ça ça compte. Un accueil parfait et un potager très productif (tomates incroyables, fraises, …). Tout confort avec équipement complet m, récent et de qualité.

Séjour très agréable chez Monique

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine pour 9 personnes dans cette belle maison et tout s'est très bien passé. La maison est une maison habitée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine, seul manquait une pince pour le barbecue. Plancha nickel, piscine très agréable avec sa plage, un peu fraiche car nous avons eu du vent cette semaine là. la maison est agréable avec 4 grandes chambres pour 9-10 personnes avec une literie impeccable, la cuisine donne sur une terrasse sur le devant que nous avons peu utilisé mais avec une belle vue sur le grand jardin d'oliviers, la terrasse principale donnant sur la piscine avec un équipement de qualité est bien ombragée même si un peu fermée. Le contact avec la propriétaire a été très bon, simple et naturel. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous chez Monique. Nous recommandons cette location pour son calme, tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités, en voiture.

Super maison familiale

Excellent séjour à Pertuis dans cette belle maison familiale. La maison est idéal en famille ou entre amis avec des enfants. Très bien équipée et spacieuse. La situation est excellente, nous sommes rapidement près des villages typiques à visiter Encore un grand merci à Monique pour son accueil et gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour à Pertuis. Accueil très chaleureux, maison conforme au descriptif, environnement très calme, très bien équipée, tout y est ! La piscine est géniale, le jardin immense. Le soleil de Provence inoubliable.

Calme et tranquillité, maison très spacieuse

Descriptif conforme. Maison bien équipée et parfaitement dimensionnée pour plus de 8 personnes (2sdb, 2 WC, grande cuisine, grande salle à manger grand salon, 4 chambres). La piscine est très belle, avec sa grande terrasse et sa plage immergée idéale pour les petits. La vue très dégagée est superbe, comme la région par ailleurs. Idéal pour se reposer, profiter du calme.

Authentique, Calme, Reposant..

Cette maison est un endroit fantastique pour tous ceux qui recherchent du calme et une envie de respirer la Provence. La vue sur la Sainte Victoire, le bruit des feuilles de vignes :) La proximité d'Aix en Provence du Luberon et de ses villages (15min) autant dire que tout cela nous manquent déjà!!! Cadre idyllique

Merci pour ces merveilleuses vacances en famille. L'accueil des propriétaires est incroyable ! Le potager regorge de tomates, courgettes, aubergines, poivrons, fraises, framboises, pêches... Un régal ! Et en guise de cadeau de départ la propriétaire nous a offert une bouteille de vin de noix maison et des confitures ! La maison est très confortable, la piscine très agréable, avec sa grande terrasse et sa plage immergée. La vue est superbe. Nous reviendrons certainement !
