Contemporary in style, it enjoys an unobstructed view of the sky and the orange roofs of the town, to the woods and the lighthouse of Garoupe with the sea on the left and rear of the apartment Port Vauban and the mountains of Mercantour. The windows of each room door opens onto a balcony.
Ideal for a family or friends, the apartment allows to accommodate 4 people.

It was a great apartment with lots of light. Beautiful view of the Garden of Eden. Perfect location for restaurants, Provence Market, shops and walking distance to the train.

Great location

The location is close to both the train station and the old city which makes it easy to visit other places or stay closer to the apartment. The host was always quick to respond to any inquiries and was very helpful when we needed a later checkout.

Excellent stay

The apartment is well located close to all amenities. We found a well stocked welcome pack along with beach essentials. Henrique was an excellent host allowing us to check in slightly early even though he had guests who had just departed. We we’re also able to extend our check out to the early evening as no guests we’re checking in that day. All in all an excellent stay

Spacious apartment walking distance to trains and old town

We enjoyed our stay in Antibes, and wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area even more. The apartment was very nice, well stocked with coffees and all we needed for cooking a meal. There are balconies on both sides and views of the hills and local park. Hosts were wonderful.

Perfect weekend stay

The apartment was in a great location. Perfect for us. Everything was clean and the hosts were lovely. We were worried about noice from a few of the local bars but the apartment was very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed for the beach (umbrella, towels, mats) which came in handy. I would stay again.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in a central yet quiet location

A modern apartment just a short walk from everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday: the old town, port, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Spacious and quiet, it came with an extremely well-equipped kitchen, 2 lovely bedrooms and a large lounge. Perfect for families! Unexpected yet greatly appreciated extras included kitchen supplies, Netflix and beach toys for the kids. We had a wonderful stay!

A fantastic apartment

We stayed three nights, two adults, two children. A fantastic apartment with a very good layout and lovely balconies in two directions. The location is central and close to everything. The host is fantastic and very nice who fixed everything for a nice and pleasant stay. Can highly recommend staying in this apartment. Very nice!

Winner!

Don’t hesitate, this apartment in Antibes old town was wonderful. Quiet, clean and cool with the bonus provisions that Henrique supplied on arrival - everything was delightful. The beach is five minutes walk, the old town restaurants and bars at your feet and for a lovely evening stroll take the ramparts towards Juan les pins. Can’t speak highly enough of our stay here.

Wonderful stay in Antibes!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment during our visit to the French Riviera. The apartment had everything that we needed and was in a great location. The hosts were very thoughtful in how they appointed the apartment and accommodating during the check-in / check-out process. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here! Note that the apartment is on the third floor so could be challenging for people with mobility issues.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in this very spacious, clean apartment. It was centrally located and depicted well in the photos. Came with a stocked kitchen for cooking. The only negative was there is no elevator in the building (as to be expected w/ most French apartment buildings) so having to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs was the only downside. Henrique was great!

Highly recommended / Great flat

The flat is highly recommended. This starts with the extraordinarily uncomplicated communication including check-in and check-out with Henrique. The furnishings leave absolutely nothing to be desired. The flat is really fully equipped. Everything is as described.The location is perfect. Shops, restaurants etc. and the beach are just a few steps away. If you arrive by car, you can use the nearby underground car park. There are special rates if you book in advance.We really enjoyed our time.

Great stay in Antibes

Lovely, light and airy apartment in perfect location for train station and the beach/coast. Airconditioning was very much appreciated. Great views from the back (Alps in the distance) and front of the property (amazing artwork) on the side of a new cinema complex). Cooked most days - great kitchen set up (although needed help from owner re working the oven). Very helpful and friendly hosts. Would definately recommend.

Gorgeous modern central apartment

The communication with host Henriques was very friendly and efficient. The apartment itself has been lovingly renovated in a bright contemporary style, and fronts a tranquil park and is just a short stroll to the centre. No less than 3 supermarkets no further than 100m away. They were very generous with a good supply of condiments and household necessities. If I were to come back to Antibes I would look no further. Five out of five from us.

Helles und sauberes Appartement am Rande der Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, gut geschnitten und sehr gut gelegen. Das Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe ist zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus und sind sehr nett. Sehr zu empfehlen.

I came to Antibes on an art, culture and history sojourn and this property was perfect for accessing everything I was interested in. The roomy apartment was beautifully decorated and perfectly situated in the center of old town Antibes. I was close to excellent shopping, cafes, museums and historical sites. I plan on staying there again.

Tolle Wohnung!

Alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Super Klimaanlage, alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was man sich an Ausstattung wünschen kann und noch viele nützliche Dinge mehr. Sehr gutes Bett im Elternschlafzimmer. Henrique ist ein sehr sympatischer, aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Danke für alles!

Positiv Überrascht

Wir haben das 1ste Mal kein Hotel gewählt und uns für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden. Es war einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung war klasse, es hatte die eine komplette Ausstattung. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Zudem war das Parkhaus gleich nebenan und das Meer sehr nah. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Vermieter war unschlagbar freundlich und hilfsbereit. Netter geht nicht. Herzlichen Dank nochmal….wir hatten einen unsagbar schönen Urlaub!

Top Apartment

Sehr schönes, sauberes Apartment mit Klimaanlage. Fussläufig zur Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, etc. Plage de la Gravette ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben die eine Woche mit unseren 2 Kindern dort sehr genossen.
