Perfectly situated in the centre of Juan-les-Pins, just off the seafront (100 metres) this 85m2, two-bedroom apartment is ideal for access to the Riviera’s best sandy beaches (private and public). There are plenty of restaurants and local shops located just outside the apartment.

Located on the second floor of a new, luxury apartment building, the flat is modern, spacious and fully-equipped to a good standard. It is also fully-soundproofed, with electric shutters and integrated air conditioning.

It has two bedrooms with wardrobes and king-size beds, each with its own bathroom and toilet. There is an underground garage, with a locking door.

Brilliant apartment, fantastic location!

Booking process and communication was excellent. This is a luxury apartment, presented in spotlessly clean condition. We had a fantastic 10 day break and would certainly recommend to anyone wishing to visit this area of France.

Comfortable, Modern, Clean, Well-located Two BR

This was my first rental property experience and I was impressed with how accurately it was described, how the pictures accurately reflected the look and how responsive Alex was to my every question and concern. I was very comfortable, there. I chose JLP because it's on the water, it's lively and convenient to museums/places I like to visit. I especially like the small, "city-living" aspect of being able to walk to everything in town.

Here are some details to share:

a) the location is truly convenient to the butcher, baker, produce market and so many nice food shops and, of course, the beach and the SNCF gare and all the restaurants, cafes and clubs. The buses are nearby, but I didn't use them.

b) The two equal size bedrooms with equal size beds and equal bathrooms, worked perfectly for my needs.

c) There is ample storage in the bedrooms, baths, kitchen and living room. Having a garage was great.

d) I think those shutters that completely close electrically and can be dark or not, are wonderful.

e) The furnishings were very comfortable.

f) The Television, wifi (and netflix) were terrific.

g) The galley kitchen is well designed, the appliances were good, especially considering the stove top is electric, (they are always a pain). I loved having dishwasher and washing machine.

h) Thierry was very helpful and kind and responsive. The apartment was clean and proper when I arrived and, for a fee, he cleaned and changed linens during the stay.

i) what can I say? It was a wonderful experience.

FYI: Cap Riviera was the best, walkable, beachfront restaurant I found.

Excellent location, great apartment!

You couldn't ask for a better location unless you were right on the beach. Cafes, shopping, groceries, beach all within easy walking distance. Apartment was clean, comfortable, well supplied and the owner very responsive. I would definitely recommend it!

Great location

The apartment is situated close to the beach, excellent Boulangerie and bistro. Market and multiple restaurants all walking distance. Apartment has peek of the sea, was clean and had everything we needed. Only wish there was a terrace and better pillows for sleeping. Owner was very helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Owner's Response: After several people have contacted me after reading this review, confused about whether my apartment has a balcony or not, I would like to clarify that it has three. There are two Juliette balconies with standing room, one of which is nice for taking in the view, the other doesn't get used much though. There is a third larger area with a table and four chairs (which can be seen in the photo on the listing) where washing can also be hung. A terrace is a much larger outdoor living space which not so many apartments have and also commands a significant premium in terms of price.

Great Location

This comfortable apartment was perfect for two couples from Southern California who wanted to enjoy the South of France without a car. We loved spending the month of May visiting the local cities, towns and villages of the Cote D’Azur in a very relaxed, enjoyable way. The Juan-les-Pins area of Antibes provided lively streets with ready access to shops and restaurants, sandy beaches, and the Mediterranean. We enjoyed walking about a mile or so to the markets in Antibes and along the Golfe Juan. The train station is a short walk from the apartment, which facilitated day trips to Cannes, Nice, and Monaco. Menton, at the Italian border, and San Remo, Italy can be visited in a day with some planning. There is also a seasonal ferry to take you to St. Tropez that departs from two blocks away.

The layout of this apartment worked well for two couples. Each bedroom has its own private bath with shower. The common area includes a kitchen, dining area, and space to relax. The kitchen is small yet efficient and is stocked with the basic equipment and supplies to allow the preparation of simple meals. On the street below the apartment you’ll find meat markets, green grocers, a fish market and multiple bakeries. The internet connection is fast and efficient. The owner of the apartment is very helpful and responsive to questions via email.

Calm and sophistication moments from the beach.

This apartment is a calm and sophisticated retreat in the heart of Juan le Pain.

There are two equally sized double rooms each with its own quality bathroom (one bath, one shower)

The kitchen is equipped with high quality fittings and with tiled floors throughout and there is a comfortable lounge area for relaxing and dining. There is even a small terrace to enjoy breakfast from one of many local patisseries.

It is a modern apartment block with a secure and beautifully decorated lobby which adds to ambiance.

The railway station is close by and provides quick and easy access to all resorts from Cannes to Monaco and beyond.

We thoroughly recommend this extremely clean and well presented apartment as a base to enjoy the delights of the Rivera.
