Newly Renovated Cottage for Rental Available! New Photos Coming Soon!

Two bedroom cottage available! One bedroom loft with king bed and en suite bedroom with queen bed for rent on a weekly or monthly basis. The house is centrally located in Lattingtown right off Sheep Lane. The cottage is less than a mile to a public beach and Piping Rock's Beach Club, two miles to the Creek Club, and a short ride to Seawanhaka Yacht Club via Bayville road! Please note that the loft bedroom is approached by a steep staircase and may not be suitable for elderly, handicapped, or young children. Full kitchen stocked with pots, pans and plates, two bedrooms, two couches and television included. The cottage is walk-able from the Locust Valley train station. Serious inquiries only.

Perfect for our needs

What a perfect little house with loft bedroom, spacious living area and an everything-you-need kitchen. What I liked best was the landscape: the house is surrounded by trees, with a pool, separate driveway, and a beautiful walk to the Sound. Such a charming place; thank you!!
