This spacious, recently remodeled 3 bedroom 3 -1/2 bath mid-century modern retreat is secluded behind the gates of the exclusive PGA West golf community. Located in La Quinta and adjacent to Indio, our home is an easy 10-15 minute bike ride to the Empire Polo Club where the Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach Country Music festivals are held and a 15 minute drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Wind down from all your golf, tennis or festival fun in this hip escape.

THE SPACE
Located directly on the Palmer Private golf course, you'll take in the spectacular views of the mountains from the spacious patio or while relaxing in the private pool or spa.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom features a plush California King bed and the other 2 rooms feature comfy queen-size beds with soft, fresh linens. Two additional Twin XL memory foam roll-away beds are available for your use. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom with rich, fluffy linens, body wash and shampoo.

All bedrooms, the living room and even the kitchen feature 55" flat screen Smart TVs with all apps for streaming movies from your account. Stream your personal music collection or access your favorite music streaming services via Bluetooth through our state of the art music system.

KITCHEN
The spacious, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes everything you need: ample modern dishes, utensils, pots and pans and kitchen tools. If you prefer to cook under the stars, take advantage of our large built-in grill, connected to natural gas, on the spacious patio. Our large dining room table will comfortably seat your entire group or there’s overflow seating at the adjacent bar.

Our home is perfect for family gatherings, a girls/guys weekend or a group golf trip. It’s also a perfect romantic getaway for couples.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage, which is reserved for the owners and long term rentals.

GUEST INTERACTION
We or our property manager will be close by or just a phone call away if you need help. Additionally, our neighbors and PGA West security stay in close touch with us should you or they need us.

Our home is great for couples, groups and business travelers. We love spending time here but we also love to share it with others while we are at the beach, attending a music festival or snow skiing.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
PGA WEST, known as the golf capital of the west, sets the standard for those who love golf and an irresistible quality of life. It's where some of golf’s greats have come to play, design courses, and live. With the backdrop of the Santa Rosa Mountains, PGA WEST has it all. This home is located in the (Arnold) Palmer Residential community and sits directly on the Palmer Private golf course. There are a number of community pools, heated throughout the year and quiet streets for your daily walk or run. There is also fabulous hiking nearby.

GETTING AROUND
Though nestled behind the private gates of PGA WEST, it is a very short drive or bike ride to fantastic events, dining and shopping. We are located less than 5 miles from the Empire Polo Fields where the Coachella Music & Arts Festival and Stagecoach Country Music Festival are held. You can play world-class golf within PGA WEST or at SilverRock, La Quinta Resort and other fabulous courses within minutes. There are grocery and drug stores just a few minutes beyond the gates and we are also a quick drive or Uber ride to Old Town La Quinta where you'll find shopping, dining, coffee and even a weekend Farmers Market! Venture just outside of La Quinta for more dining and shopping on El Paseo in Palm Desert.

THE FINE PRINT & RULES
- Our insurance requires that we have you sign a basic rental agreement, which we will provide to you in advance.
- We also require that you purchase the Property Damage Protection policy in the event of any damages.
- Small dogs only and an additional pet fee required.
- No noise after 9 PM
- No parties or events
- Primary guest must be present at check-in. If you need an exception, you must communicate with us in advance.
- Absolutely no more guests permitted to stay than those listed on the rental agreement.
- Absolutely No Smoking in the home, in the front yard or within 50 feet of an open door or window.
- Pool heated upon request, additional fees apply.

ADDITIONAL FEES
- Pool Heating: $110 per day beginning 1-2 days prior to your arrival depending on outside temperatures.
- Pet Fee: $100 per pet. Small pets only. Limit 2.

* Excessive Trash: If we must pay someone to haul away excessive trash not properly disposed in the cans it will be charged back to the guest at a rate of $5 per bag.

* Excessive Cleaning: Our cleaning fee covers basic laundry, vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing. If our home requires cleaning above and beyond normal cleaning due to guest negligence it will be charged at $50/hour.

* Courier fee: $15 - If we need to pay someone to ship forgotten items to you, the courier fee in addition to shipping is passed along to the guest.
